Guidelines for Online Registration:

This is an electrometric registration form for N. K. Bagrodia Public School, Sector4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 only. Please read the instructions carefully before
filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in
the boxes with the required information.
Please ensure to fill all the mandatory (*) fields in the form. Incomplete forms
will be rejected.

Do not press "ENTER" KEY to move from one field to another. Use only "TAB"
KEY or mouse control for the same.

After completing the registration form, click on the "SUBMIT FORM" button for
final registration, immediately a registration number will be generated. Take a
print out as a proof and quote the Registration Number for all correspondence
with the school.

To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system..

Depositing the Registration Form:The generated registered form along with
(a) Online Receipt of the Funds Transfer

or
(b) The Bank Draft of any nationalised bank in original
should be deposited/dropped in the DROP BOX available in the Guard
Room (only) of the school. Please mention Registration No., Name of the
Child and Fathers Name behind the Draft or the Online Receipt of the
Funds transfer.

2. Date of Birth Certificate: Self Attested photocopy of Certificate issued by
Competent Authorities
3. Residence Proof: (Self attested Photocopy of any one of the following)
(a) Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having
name of child)
(b) Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
(c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
(d) Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name
of any of the parents or child.
(e) Aadhaar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
4. Sibling status: Self Attested photocopy of latest fee receipt/photocopy of
report card of the sibling studying in N. K. Bagrodia Public School, Sector4,Dwarka, New Delhi.
5. Special Category Relevant Documents to validate the Authenticity of the
category quoted
