Received three Excellence Awards for design and delivery of leadership module for 50 hospital
executives to prepare for Leadership Institute. Training successfully prepared executives to facilitate
controversial discussions resulting in gaining critical input from leadership team and identifying critical
priorities for the organization.
Coached CEO and leadership team of bio tech start-up. Organization was at risk of losing IPO and FDA
approval. CEOs leadership style developed from controlling to collaborative resulting in the successful
restructure of executive team and meeting deadlines.
Coached Executive Director and senior team of institute to develop core leadership skills. This
revitalized team was awarded $1.2 million funding which had previously been at risk.
Transformed four autonomous, underperforming Learning & Development district offices into the first
Corporate Education Department for California State Automobile Association. Managers of this 6,000
person organization reported transfer of training to their staff dramatically improved customer service.
