Synopsis

The aim of this course is to develop students competency in communication

especially related to human resource development. For that purpose we
expose the basic skills in communication of taking students through the entire
process in communication. The content of this course also include a
communication skills related to HRD field such as negotiation, performance
appraisal, coaching, facilitation and organizational development.
