The Point of Care is intended to automate different activities performed by a typical
Health Care agency. Agency maintains special care staff to provide services to registered
consumers at their home by performing their required tasks. The system captures and tracks
the information to allow a seamless way of providing services.
This system contains various modules to automate the system. This is the major
project that I am working from long time. Working on different patches as it is a
maintenance project. Major patches developed were enterprise patch, Linking patch and
punch rounding.

Purpose is to make use HIS in Various Clinical Health Care Centers which conducts
medical camps. When a Citizen gets registered with HIS, a unique Id will be generated for
him and tests which are part of medical camp are mapped to the citizen.
This application has features like creating/editing plans, programs, tests, locations and
citizens. In plans we can map the programs and in programs we can map tests/test
parameters. When a citizen is get registered in this application through create citizen, all the
tests which are part of programs for a particular location are mapped to that particular
citizen. And we can maintain tests readings of a particular citizen in test results screen.
