Standards:
WG K8: IEEE Std. C37.122.5 (prev. P1125): Guide for
Moisture Measurement and Control in SF6
1/18/2012
Common terms/definitions:
Dewpoint: The temperature (in Degrees C or F) at which
moisture (water vapor) in the gas begins to condense as liquid
(droplets or dew) or solid (ice).
Typical dewpoint in SF6 equipment ranges from -60C to -5C. Common
operating pressures are 100-755 kPa abs. (0-95 psig).
