For the S2000H "FP" and "EP" BTS and for the S2000L "FP" BTS, the
Installation and Commissioning interface is located in front face, in the right
bottom part of the main module of the base module.
For the S2000L "EP" BTS, the Installation and Commissioning interface is
located in front face in the left bottom part of the base module.
There is no Installation and Commissioning interface in the S2000 H/L
extension module.
The switch pads are used to navigate through the menus and sub-menus
provided by the interface.
The switch pad is used to set the current information provided on the
display.

PEC codes: NTQA2793
CPC codes: A0676072
Range of application
This procedure applies to the battery of the "Battery and Interface" module
of the S2000L BTS for GSM 900, 1800, and 1900 (if it is used).
Schedule
The battery life is dependent on the backup demands (number and
duration of power failures) and the temperature.
The replacement schedule is function of the power failure number for each
year.

Very frequent cycling: > 100 power failures for each year
The battery replacement should be based on the end of service life battery
backup. At the end of its service life, the battery backup time is reduced to
80% of the backup time for a new battery (> 20 minutes).
Location
The battery is located in the "Battery and Interface" module. For more
information, see Figure 45 "Battery and Interface module (First)" (page
