I joined my organisation as a fresher and both my managers nourished me with all the skills and knowledge they have.
All staff members were good and cooperative. It was a start up company and growing at a faster rate. Unfortunately,
the company got shut down due to lack of funding. Earlier they didn't able to pay salary for more than 3 months.
I was always an honest employee of the company but financial security was also a concern for me so that I can survive
with my own needs. I always look for a long term career growth plan but unfortunately it didn't work with them.

previous company as there was little salary package and with terms and experience exposure for better prospects I
have switched your organization. And want to work with your organization for which will give me an opportunity to

QA/QC Engineer.
After getting so much experience with a small scale industry I am now practically tough I would like to thank my
previous company, Its really very easy if someone looking for the better prospects & wanted to increase his/her
knowledge at management level of MNC.
No one satisfied by increasing his/her knowledge with reading the same Novel. That is the reason I thought that now I
got 90% experience & to increase 10% more will take more time its better to change the job where my experience
fulfill more rapidly by switching the job.
