Une conomie solide A sound economy
Avec de nombreuses opportunits de croissance dans divers secteurs, le Gabon affiche un taux de croissance de 6%.
Premier en Afrique Centrale au classement Doing Business 2015 de la Banque Mondiale, le gouvernement met en place des
rglementations efficaces pour faciliter les investissements directs trangers et en garantir la protection.
Pour la 4me anne conscutive, lindice mondial de la libert conomique du Wall Street Journal classe le Gabon comme tant le pays
lconomie la plus librale de la CEMAC.
La grande stabilit montaire du Gabon est assure par sa monnaie (FCFA) dont le taux de change est fixe face lEuro.
With many opportunities for growth in various sectors, Gabon boasts a growth rate of 6%. Number one in Central Africa in the ranking of
the World Bank 2015 Doing Business report, the government has been implementing effective regulations with the aim of facilitating foreign
direct investments and securing their protection.
For the 4th consecutive year, the Index of Economic Freedom of the Wall Street Journal ranked Gabon as the most liberal economy in the
ECCAS.
The great monetary stability of Gabon derives from its fixed exchanged rate currency (FCFA) which is pegged to the Euro.

Une stabilit politique assure A guarantee of political stability

Dot depuis 2013 de la meilleure valuation risque-pays de la zone CEMAC du groupe COFACE et se classant ainsi dans le mme groupe
que lEspagne ou lItalie, le Gabon occupe aussi la premire place en Afrique Centrale en matire de bonne gouvernance selon le rapport
2013 de la Fondation Mo Ibrahim. Le Gabon reste aujourdhui en tte du dveloppement sur le continent avec un PIB par habitant de 11 400
USD et occupe la seconde place en Afrique Subsaharienne dans le classement de lIndice du Dveloppement Humain (IDH) 2014 du PNUD.
With the best COFACE country risk rating in the ECCAS since 2013 and therefore being in the same group as Spain or Italy, Gabon is also
ranked first in Central Africa as regards good governance according to the Mo Ibrahim Foundations 2013 report. Gabon is still taking
the lead of the development in the continent with a GDP per capita of USD11,400 and ranked second in Sub-Saharan Africa in the 2014
ranking of the Human Development Index of the UNDP.

Vers une industrie diversifie Towards a diversified industry

Avec 3,7 milliards de rserves exploitables de barils de ptrole, plus de 30 milliards de m3 de rserves prouvs en gaz naturel, 900 indices
miniers dont plus dun (1) milliard de tonne de rserves de fer et 250 millions de tonnes de manganse, le Gabon regorge assurment de
richesses en hydrocarbures et en minerais. Ses 12,5 millions dhectares de forts exploitables, ses 800 km de cte et ses 5,2 millions hectares
de terres arables le positionnent comme un pays fort potentiel forestier, halieutique et agricole.
With 3.7 billion barrels of oil of recoverable reserves, more than 30 billion m3 cubic meters of natural gas proven reserves, 900 mining
occurrences of which more than one billion tons of iron reserves and 250 million tons of manganese, Gabon is certainly endowed with
hydrocarbons and mineral resources. 12.5 million hectares of mature forests, 800 km of coasts and 5.2 million hectares of arable land

Deux (2) rservoirs dune capacit totale de 6 millions de m3 par jour pour une alimentation continue en eau dans la zone et une station
dpuration deau dune capacit de 5 millions de m3 achemine par des lignes dgouts de 12 km.
Two (2) tanks with a total capacity of 6 million m3 per day for a continuous supply of water in the zone and a water treatment plant with a
capacity of 5 million m3 supplied by 12 km network of sewers.

Fourniture en nergie Energy supply
Une centrale lectrique thermique gaz ddie rallie par une ligne haute tension de 90 KVA une station principale de rception
lectrique sur site qui diffuse 5 sous-stations de relais lnergie distribue sous un rseau souterrain et arien de 24 km sous une tension
de 20 KV HT. Un clairage des routes principales par le rseau classique et des voies secondaires par nergie solaire assure la zone un
fonctionnement continu 24h/24.
A dedicated gas-fired power plant connected by 90 KVA high tension line towers to a main electrical receiving station on site which supplies
5 relay stations with energy through an underground and overhead network of 24 km with a tension of 20 KV HT.
The lighting of the main and secondary roads, which is provided by the classical network by means of solar power, ensures a 24/7
functioning of the zone.

Directement accessible par la route nationale 1 (2x2 voies), la ZERP de Nkok assure une vacuation multimodale grce trois
embranchements sur la voie ferre traversant la zone et une route ddie de Nkok vers le port dOwendo, principal port dexportation du
pays situe 40 km de Nkok, qui sont en cours de construction, ainsi quun quai de 230 m de long et 3,5 m de profondeur pouvant accueillir
des barges dune capacit de 1000 tonnes pour lacheminement des productions vers le port dOwendo.
Abutting the national road 1 (2x2 lane), the Nkok SEZ ensures a multimodal evacuation with three branch lines on the railway that crosses
the zone as well as a dedicated road from Nkok to Owendo, the main port of export of the country located 40 km from Nkok, which are
being constructed as well as a dock 230 m long and 3.5 m deep which can accommodate barges with a capacity of 1,000 tons for the
hauling of the productions towards the port of Owendo.

Rpublique Gabonaise et au sein
de la ZERP de Nkok.

Son service sarticule essentiellement autour de 17 administrations reprsentes au sein du

Guichet Unique. Elle acclre
laccomplissement des formalits
suivantes :
Cration dentreprise;
Enregistrement dentreprise et
immatriculation des employs
la Caisse Nationale de Scurit
Sociale;
Octroi des permis de travail;
Octroi des titres de sjour
(visas, autorisations dentre,
carte de rsident conomique,

Empotage et scell de containers de produits exporter;
Validation de la dispense de la

Created on July 18, 2011,
by means of a presidential
decree,
the
Administrative
Authority of Nkok SEZ (AAN, in
French) is mainly assigned with
the coordination, overlook and
operational
supervision
of
the functioning of all the State
administrations and departments based in Nkok SEZ.
AANs role is focused on a
customised support to the
companies established or those
willing to operate in Nkok SEZ
by facilitating their administrative formalities under the laws
and legislation in force in the
Republic of Gabon and in Nkok
SEZ.

Its service is mainly in relation

with the 17 administrations
represented within the One
Stop Shop facility. AAN speeds
up the completion of the
following formalities :
Creation of business;
Registration of company and
employees with the National
Social Security Fund;
Granting of work permits;
Granting of residence permits
(visas, entry authorisations, residence permit for business purposes, etc.);
Stuffing and sealing of containers with goods for exports;
Validation of the exemption
of the value added tax (VAT).

for selling plots and developing

Business Creation: Set up a company with statutes compliant
with the standards prescribed
by the OHADA and get assistance from the division of the

Licensing: The issuance of a
license by the Administrative
Authority and GSEZ gives you
the right to operate in the SEZ.

Construction: The division of

the National Agency for Urban
Planning, Topographic works
and Land Registry (ANUTTC, in
French) based in the single window clearance facility grants
