Kick Of Meeting

Steering committee will lead the meeting at clients premises

&will make clear goal for project implementation. Sharing of
requirement of hardware for installation &configuration of
StrategicERP. Exchanging of standard templates for importing of
Database in StrategicERP &workflow settings. Definition of
permissions and workflows.

Product installation

Installation of standard StrategicERP Product at client's server.

Specification for hardware will be given to the client's
representative in Kick off Meeting at the beginning.
Configuration of Users, Permissions and Workflow will be set on
Live server based on template received from client's
representative

Workflow setting

Wrok flow setting will be done based on Documents received

from ERP coordinator. Three level permission matrix will be
adopted by strategicerp

Data Migration

ITAakash team will import the validated data for one project
provided by client as per the formats given in Kick of meeting.
ITAakash team will train customer's IT department to import
the data of other projects. If data given in excel format does not
match with StrategicERP templates then client will hire data
entry operators to do the entries in StrategicERP. Tally
integration with StrategicERP will fetch Account Groups, Ledger
Accounts and Day Book. Microsoft Projects integration with
StrategicERP will fetch list of activities with quantity, rate,
amount, dependency and group hierarchy.

Product Training

End user training will be conducted as per module licenses

purchased by client. Training schedule will be finalized by
Department HOD. ? One test server installation will be done by
ITAakash at client's server for user practice after training

Project "Go Live"

After successful completion of master data migration, training

of processes for entry in the system, StrategicERP reports will
be generated for UAT.Modules wise UAT will be carried out
with joint consultation of Clients representative &ITAakash
implementation Team

Post Go live Support

After Go Live , project will be supported from Mumbai office

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchase Order should be made in the name of ITAakash Strategic Software

LLP. To ensure the timelines of project implementation and fastest return on
investment of customers, ITAakash will undertake customizations task only after Go
Live of existing product and receipt of user acceptance from customer.

Any customization required prior to Go Live should be done and tested before the
commencement of implementation.

To maintain the quality of service and adding more value to customer's investment,
any customization per form or report will be charged at Rs 5,000/-only. & Extra
training (remote or onsite) after Go Live will be charged at Rs.3,000/- per day.
For additional User, License cost is Rs 10,000/- per user.

ERP Coordinator: An ERP coordinator, designated as ERP project engineer will be

placed at the premises of the customer at a cost of Rs. 0/- as per mutually agreed
requirement. This coordinator will have to work based on business requirements of
the customer with regards to the ERP.

PostgresSQL Database and Linux operating system are required for web-based
Strategic ERP and has to be installed by client. These are GNU License softwares
available on Internet for free.

The customer shall confirm the availability of necessary networking and hardware
requirements conveyed to them before the scheduled installation of StrategicERP at
site.

Customer would make all efforts to make use of the standard forms and reports
provided in the system, if required with little modifications. In case there is
requirement for new form or report, then each customisation would become
chargeable.

The proposed software would be installed & implemented only at the agreed site of
the customer. Cost for any license of third party tool / software / application if
required shall be borne by the Customer on mutually agreed terms.

Also payments made towards the ERP License and Implementation are non
refundable.

License Fee will be levied if it is found that the StrategicERP Software is being used
for any company other than the companies in the Group to whom the license for
usage is given even if it falls within the total number of license sold to the customer.
