Since inception of PEB division in 2008, Richa Industries started manufacturing of simple
ware house building and now reached to manufacturing of complex multistory steel
buildings and Turnkey Projects.

be it a lowrise, midrise or a highrise building.

Mr. Sushil Gupta Chairman and Managing Director
An IIT engineer by profession, Mr. Gupta holds a B. Tech. (Mechanical)
and M. Tech. (Applied Mechanics) degree from IIT- Delhi. He
possesses more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Chairman &
MD of the company, Mr. Sushil Gupta constantly focuses on R&D and
new developments with cost effectiveness in the organization.

Dr. Sandeep Gupta is a Doctor of Philosophy in Management. He has
accomplished his MBA from University of Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune.
He initiated Richa s backward integration journey from textiles into
Pre Engineered Buildings and further into Turnkey Solutions and
going up-stream into structural steel.

Mr. Manish Gupta is B.Tech (Textile ) and always Striving towards
economic, environmental and social progression of the organization and
the society on the whole, Mr. Manish Gupta firmly believes in the

In 1993, Richa Industries was established with an

objective of manufacturing and processing of fabrics
and ready made garments.

Richa became Public Limited company in year 2006

and listed in BSC in year 2007.

Richa entered into PEB sector in 2007-2008 initially with

the manufacturing of Pre Engineered Buildings and
further expanded to Construction & Engineering Division
by adding Structural Steel and Turnkey Sectors in Year
2013-2014.
Today, Richa is operational in PEB and C & E sector, Till
date Richa Industries has been able to supply over 500
buildings and is currently working on more than 100
projects.
The company has presence in more than 120 cities across
India with Sales office in more than 8 cities enriched with
government as well as private clients.

Software), Staad Pro (3D Structural analysis and design software) and Tekla (Model-based
software) with highest precision to meet the structural requirements of the Pre-Engineered
Steel Building System.

Sucessfully designed more than 500 buildings with structure stability of 25 years.
Received TEKLA BIM award 2015 for designing of LMRC metro depot .
Successfully accomplished more than 120 projects using Tekla in Just 24 months
Shifting from 2D to 3D framework has given confidence to complete projects more
accurately and errorlessly.

It is faster as compared with 2D detailing. It has reduced 75% timeframe of completing

project by using PEB Components and Custom Components Richa uses different Tekla
report system integrated with ERP system like BOQ, Plate summaries, Shipping list and
CNC files etc.
