Strong Experience in ERP - SCM, Financials, Manufacturing & HR modules with

strong business processes and functional knowledge. Working knowledge of


ERP Tables & writing SQL/PL SQL Queries.
Responsible for Rolling out of implemented solution to other business sites
globally.
Perform complete O2C & P2P lifecycle testing and document the same.
Performing user acceptance tests and validations to ensure that the
application meets user requirements and are bug free.
Responsible to provide on the job training and knowledge sharing to the
existing team members to a competent level of ERP support.
Provide 1st & 2nd line professional onsite and remote support for the ERP

Independently written SQL queries in order to quickly trouble shoot financial
issues.
Supporting the chief finance officer towards any new system or finance
process implementation.
Responsible for financial data accuracy and maintenance of chart of
accounts.
Develop financial reports on revenue, cost of sales, gross profit, direct
expenses, indirect expenses and net profit, P&L, Consolidated P&L and
Budget-Variance report.
Responsible for smoothly Month-end closing, Year-end closing and New
Financial Year Processing.

Support on functional aspect and help maintain custom components of


Operation modules in Oracle.
Assist other team members by performing technical development work
related to operational module.
Interact with IT Application Development Group and users to determine
project requirements.
Implement Oracle solutions for operations area through providing functional
designs.
Provide routine production support through ERP business solutions.
Develop, record and maintain Oracle customizations and interfaces.
Analyze impact of patches and development work in other areas, on existing
Oracle customizations, and coordinate their migration to production system.
Support and maintain HR systems and processes to meet business
requirements.
Resolve issues and develop business solutions working with HR, Payroll,
Finance and IT.
Manage medium to large sized HR systems projects like upgrade or system
implementation.
Perform as subject matter expert for HR systems.
Perform continuously to improve system capabilities and business processes.
Conduct analysis sessions during implementation of Product.
