• Raised more than $100,000 in three months for the Montessori School of the Berkshires, providing initial funding of for the
building of a new campus
• Served as the Development Chair and Board Member for the Brookline Arts Center; focused the attention of the Board on the
significant fundraising needed for preservation of our historic firehouse; handled grant writing and silent phase campaign
planning
• As Board Member and Development Chair for Chesterwood, a National Trust for Historic Preservation in Stockbridge, Mass.,
managed several projects including a $12,500 campaign drawing over 150 donors to a “Gettysburg” film weekend
• For Matthew 25, handled volunteer recruitment and supervision of construction for $30,000 restoration of a historic property in
Boston that provided housing for moderate income renters; increase in value of the property estimated to be in excess of
$100,000)

• Attendance increased by 900% in year one

Created a new territory for sponsorships in the Amherst/Northampton regions for this Albany, NY-based network. Responsibilities

Meetinghouse Construction
