Perform pryma: this verse has three part (separated by

a hyphen).
Mudra: Bend your forefinger and middle-finger making
them touch your palm. Now place your thumb over the
right nostril and ring-finger (with the little finger) over your
left nostril.
Procedure: Close your left nostril shut with the ring-finger
and breathe in by uttering the first part of the verse (the
thumb should be away from right nostril through which you
would breathe in).
Now hold your breath uttering the second part of the verse.

Now release your breath slowly by closing your right nostril

with your thumb (out of your left nostril by holding the ringfinger away).
Since pryma is a form of controlling the breath, it is
wise to learn in from a guru it would lead to problems if
not performed properly. In that case, just utter the mantra
breathing in and out.
