Para hacer una exposicin o mantener una conversacin sencilla sobre
temas tcnicos de Inventories
1. Determine el tipo de inventario a implementar en su proyecto de
formacin.
Colinagro S.A uses two types of inventories:
Inventories of raw materials:
Those materials used in the manufacture of products but have not
undergone processing. It represents all the materials that are used directly
in the manufacture of the product
Finished goods inventory:
All merchandise that the company has produced to sell to its customers.

2. Establezca las polticas de inventario(s) para ordenar, organizar,

programar y transportar segn su proyecto de formacion.
Inventory policy to order:
Use a processing system of computerized information to keep track of
inventory levels.
Inventory Policy to organize:
Perform physical inventory counts and records each item on a regular
basis. You can schedule monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Inventory policy to schedule:
Ensure the production of finished goods in sufficient quantities to
meet the expected demand.
Inventory policy to transport:
FOR SUPPLY It has become a practice to meet the demand of
customers from more than one location of supply, since it is rare that
inventory remains sufficient to meet all demand requirements from a
primary location all the time.

3. Realice una simulacin pronostica de la demanda de los productos o

servicios a ejecutar a travs de los inventarios.
Ejemplo: The company is going to receive goods every day.
The company is going to receive 100 goods during a month.
The company is going to dispatch 100 goods in three weeks .

Conclusions:

By Product, inventory increases on average by 9 %.

- Products that have a higher increase in inventory, are Agrimins Grainy x 46

and Ferticaa, so are those who need more storage space.

-The Agrimins Total Rancher, Agrimins Total oil palm and Hormonagro, has
no major change, taking into account the last three years of inventories.

-The Agrimisns Total Papero, the Ferticaa, and total Agrimins Total caero,
are products that have a higher percentage increase in inventory, taking
into account the last three years.
