critical temperature extremes.
Arcos 625 and Arcos 1N12 (625) are
nickel-chromium-molybdenum products
which are designed to be virtually immune to chlorideion stress-cracking. They feature moderate strength,
good fabricability and excellent oxidation resistance.
Each is military-approved and provides superior
corrosion resistance, over a range of temperatures
from cryogenic to extremely elevated (up to 1,800F).
Arcos 625 is ideal for welding alloys 625, 601, 802
and 9% nickel. This wire is well suited for welding
piping systems and reactor components in the power
generation industry and for high temperature service
in a wide variety of other engineering applications.
Arcos 1N12 (625) is utilized for welding alloys such

as 625, 800, 801, 825 and 600.

The CK Worldwide MT200-AC/DC complete TIG

Featuring two dynamic modes for TIG and stick welding

low as 5 amps the MT200 is perfect for use on thin
material, while also maintaining the same power and
performance characteristics of larger welding machines.
The MT200-AC/DC performs dynamic TIG welding
applications effortlessly and has been approved by Mr.

As a welder of critical aircraft hardware this machine is

The MT200-AC/DC Complete TIG Welding System
