II.THEORETICAL FOUNDATION
As we said in the introduction, the polarization of a plane wave It describes
uniform shape and locus of the tip of the
vector E(In a direction perpendicular to the
propagation plane) in a given space versus
time point. For analysis of the different
types of polarization we start from the
equation phasor.

Abstract:In this present paper the

analysis and behavior of electromagnetic waves are shown when subjected
to a maximum radiation power that
is how electric and magnetic fields
interact to polarize an antenna.
Keywords:Linear,Polarization,Elliptical
,Matlab.
I. INTRODUCTON
Polarization is one of the fundamental
features of any antenna, since a wave is
determined by the geometrical figure the
end of the vector representing the electric
field versus time in a given position.

At each point in space there is an electric

field vector as a function of position and
time. The polarization of a wave describes
a geometric figure with time, which refers

tric is an ellipse and say that elliptically
in space in the plane perpendicular to the
polarized wave is and under certain conpropagation direction.
ditions the ellipse may degenerate into a
circle or a straight line segment, in which
For this work, we rely on a wave formed by
case the polarization is called circular or
electric and magnetic fields perpendicular
linear polarization respectively:
to the direction of propagation axis (Z).
1. Lineal Polarization.-If the figure is
drawn a line, it called the wave is linearly polarized. In this case, the electric field and magnetic field are perpendicular to each other and the direction
of the plane wave propagates The following expressions represent fields with
linear polarization

case, the electric field and magnetic

field are perpendicular to each other
and the direction of the plane wave
propagates.

A linearly polarized wave does not have

to be along the horizontal or vertical
axis

2. Circular Polarization.- It is a polarization in the electric field of the wave does

not change step by force, but only in
direction of a rotating basis. The following expressions represent fields with
circular polarization, the first and second left to right

3. Elliptical Polarization.- If the E field

has two perpendicular components that
are out of phase by 90 degrees, but is
not equal in magnitude, the field end
elliptically polarized. Finally the following examples correspond to elliptical
polarization.

ELLIPTICAL.-And elliptical polarization occurs when the amplitudes are

different.

III SIMULATION
For this work we use the Matlab software to

simulate the three types of polarity.
LINEAL.- a linear polarization occurs
when the phases of two orthogonal
electric field components differ in an
integral multiple of pi radians. In this

Circular.-Circular polarization occurs

when the amplitudes are equal and the

phase difference between the components is pi / 2 or 3 pi / 2 .

IV CONCLUSIONS
The direction and the geometric shape
that at a time (t) depend on the behavior of electric and magnetic fields suffering to the antenna radiation..
The angle at which always varies to give
rise to different types of polarities and
directions is Fi (once analyzed modules
fields)..
I understand the components used for
the electric, magnetic field and its
spread.
