SUPERTEASE for Physique 57

(With weights or on ballet bar) I’m Pedro Andrade with a workout


aimed to shape the finest physique.

INTRO
Alternative workouts are all the rage in the city. One program
getting some serious buzz promises everything from increased
flexibility to improved strength all in less than an hour.

So I’m here at Physique 57 to snag some rapid results.
