Paul
To this day Paul is known to be one of the most well known theologians in Church
history. He was born in 5AD as Saiul in Tarus of Cilic aand died in 67AD as Paul. Throughout
the course of his lifs Saul began as a persecuter of Jesus followers. By the power of the
Holyspirit he was converted to a Christian and went down in history as on the most influencial
Saints in history. Through out the course of history Paul began more than 14 Chrurches in the
course of his life. The Apostle Paul was known to write the letters to the Romans, 1 and 2
Corinthians, Galatians, Philipians, Colossians, 1 and 2 Thesalonians, 1 and 2 timothy, titus, and
Philemon. Overall Pauls letters to the Churches take up about 2/3 of the new testament.
In between the years 33 and 34 Paul was commissioned but God on his way to
Damascus for a short time. Paul finds himself in Arabia for a short time only to return back in
efforts of escaping arrest. 36 and 37 Paul meets Peter and James in Jerusalem. 37 to 45 AD saul
was a minister in Syria. The apostle apent 1.5 years on his first missionary journey with
Barnabas. In 51 Paul finds himself returning to Jersusalem. 57 Paul firnds himself arrested in
Corinth and writes to the Romans. Later he is arrested in Jeruaselem, takeb to Caesarea where
he stays for two years. Paul mad many other missionary Journeys and wrote to eight different
Churhes to help grow their faith and proclaim Jesus to the world.

John
The book of John is one og four gospels; it was written by John the Baptist between 6595 BC. One of the themes is the promise of the spirit in Christ. He talks and discusses his
missionary journey of taking the gospels to the nations. John had an emphasis on the new bith
in the beginning and his triune nature created the heavens and the earth. Believe is found 100
times in the gospels of John and shows the readers the importance on the message God is
revealing to Men through John.
In the pages of John he tells the story of 7 distrinct miracles of Jesus to show that Jesus
was God. He was found weeping over the tomb of Lazarus knowing that he will raise him from
the dead soon. Jesus offers forgiveness to the Samaritain women who was a not worthy in the
eyes of many. Jesus explained his death to Nicodemus and prepared his desciples for his death.
John ends with Jesus willingly diening on a cross for our sins, buried, and rose in complete
victory.
Thre are 10 main Characters found in the book of John. Jesus, the messiah who
ministered to people, died for the sin of the world, and rose in complete vicrory. Nicodemus first
began as a Pharisee and later became a deciple of Jesus. Many of his deciples went alongside of

Galilee
Galilee was a very important location where a lot of the events in the gospel took place. Sea of
Galilee remainded the same since Jesus walked the shore and recruited four fisherman. The lake is 21O
metre below sea level. The sea of galiee is featured 74 times in the bible 9 in the old and 65 in the new
testament. It appears in Number, Joshura, 2 and 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, Isaiah, and all four of the Gospels
and Acts.
Jesus walked and his apostles fisted on the Sea of Galilee in the gospels. It is known as the public
ministry of our lord. Jesus fed 5000 people near the sea. It was also where he delived the sermon on the
mount. Most of his ministry happened around the sea of galilee. It is also a memorable place for jewish
religion. Most people around the sea of galilee made their living through fishing. Many of the fisherman
were poor.
The lake is 43 meters long and is 13km across. It I s the lake where Jesus took his steps ontop of
the water. It is Fed mainly by the Jordan River and drained by it, the lake serves as Israels chief water
reservoir,(Holyland). Sea of gallee has a surface area of 64 miles with a max depth of 157 feet. It
extends 13 miles Nore to saoun and7 miles from east to west. From a view on high the lake is shaped lik a
pear.
