 Falta de comprensión de las Guidelines.

 Excelencia: enfocar la propuesta en su potencial más que en la

excelencia del centro. Importancia del retorno.

 Vincular DAFO con presentación del centro y el impacto

esperado.

 Objetivo de desarrollo regional siempre presente: relacionar el

objetivo del proyecto y la mejora del centro con el impacto que
tenga sobre las necesidades de la región.

 Mostrar continuidad con el trabajo que se ha estado

desarrollando.

 Mostrar sinergias con la Política Regional Europea; mejora de

la Capacidad de I+D+i Europea y Regional.

 LECCIONES APRENDIDAS

 Sostenibilidad del Plan de Acción.

 Vincular a los socios incluso una vez finalizado el

proyecto.

 Presentar el proyecto como “europeo” (que sólo se

puede financiar con un fondo de esas características).

 Importancia de que el presupuesto sea lógico.

 Excelente colaboración con instituciones europeas

de referencia mundial, con PYMES y stakeholders

 Steering Committee.

 Mostrar capacidad investigadora + buena relación de

investigadora pública o privada de tamaño significativo de una
región Convergencia o RUP de la UE/AC

3 o más organizaciones investigadoras experimentadas y

reconocidas deben colaborar con el centro en la propuesta.

•Duration: 36 – 42 months.

•Funding scheme: "Coordination and Support Actions" (Coordinating

Action (CSA-CA)).

•Community contribution: up to 4 M€

•The Community financial contribution may reach a maximum of 100

% of the total eligible cost.

región de los Balcanes Occidentales: FYROM, Bosnia Herzegovina,
Croacia, Serbia, Montenegro y Albania.

3 o más organizaciones investigadoras experimentadas y

reconocidas pertenecientes a 3 EEMM – EEAA diferentes deben
colaborar con el centro en la propuesta.

•Duration: 36 – 42 months.

•Funding scheme: "Coordination and Support Actions" (Coordinating

Action (CSA-CA)).

•Community contribution: 1 - 2 M€

•The Community financial contribution may reach a maximum of 100

% of the total eligible cost.
