Introduction
In this era, the importance of tourism is really increasing day by day. There is no enough and
developed tourism sectors in our country. On the other hand, there are enormous tourism
business in other developed countries. We can hope that we will be able to create a new
dimension of tourism business in our country. We will also try to bring new facilities and
advantages through building up our business. We will also try to remove all kinds of
disadvantages of the tourists. We think it is better to work with individual experiences of every
partner of our business. We are providing some extra benefit to our customers like giving
packages and modern technology based ideas related to our business. The name of our business
is Unique Tourism. The center of our business will be at Gulshan.

In this recent world, business is more competitive than the previous time. So, if a new business is
being started, the owners must have to think about all sorts of problems, requirements, strategies
and competitions. So, as we are a new started agency, we have to bear in mind about these
criteria as well as knowledge about the business and market strategies. For this purpose firstly,
we the six partners, have decided about starting a tourism business. Thats why we have made a
survey about the needs and expectations of the customers. We have also collected information
about the market conditions. Then we set our business goal. We want to fulfil not only the needs
of tourism in our country but also foreign countries. We are trying to provide excellent services
to our customers with the help of modern technology. The tourists will feel comfortable, relax,
happy, informative and safe through our services. If a tourist want to make a visit to our country
with the help of a tourism service, we are ready to help him. Any person can communicate with
us through our official website www.uniquetourism.com.bd as we will give advertisements
through some renowned TV channels and newspapers. Then we will receive him with our
greatest and traditional hospitalities. We will provide all sorts of guiding, guiding persons, our
own transport facilities and of course the highest security for our customers. We will also arrange
training and special refreshment activities as an additional services. We will try to make a
reputation which will inspire the customers take our services in future. Moreover, we want to
create a stage which will change current situation of tourism sectors. This will also increase the
remittance of our country.

3. The center of business will be situated at Gulshan.

that our business will remain for minimum 20 years. The time of this partnership business
can be enlarged based on partners decision.

5. The profit will be equally divided in six parts and will be distributed among the partners.
If there is any loss, the partners will equally try to cover the loss.
6. If there is any partner who willingly wants to retire, then that person must wait at least for
one year and the person has to wait for the decision of other person what the suitable time
to return the fund..
7. In case partners death, his kin can be his successor. Otherwise, the capital will be given
to his family (considered as his partner) at a definite time.
8. Under any condition, the partners should be careful to keep the secret things of the
business secret.

9. If there is any dissolved thing in the partnership, the partners should decide at first that
they will pay all their payable accounts. After that, the remaining amount will be equally
divided among the partners.
10. The partners must maintain the rules and regulations in the business. Otherwise, they will
be fined and even they can be cancelled from the partnership business. The partners who
breaks the rules will not be retuned his capital.

The partners of the business Unique Tourism will give the total capital. The partnership
business do not take any kinds of loan from any banks or financial institutions. The partners will
give the equal amount in this respect. If there is any shortage of amount, the partner will give

Business objectives
1. To get friendly environment, we are offering some special hotels for the tourists.
2. To ensure a standard environment and enough facilities are the main objective to make
our customer reliable.
3. Besides giving hotel facilities, we will also try to offer available food of the tourists
respective countries.
4. We will also provide our own transportation systems to our customers.
5. We will make the leisure time of the tourists more enjoyable.
6. Above all, we will try our best to make our customers happy.

SWOT analysis
We may be beginner in business but we cannot be inefficient in the management and other
sectors of business. In the competitive business world, both capital and intelligence play an
important role. So, this following points should be focused for the SWOT of our business.

Strength
Discipline and rules and regulation are basic strength of our business. We are highly enthusiastic
and calculative to implement our business plan.
Secondly, we believe in working together. If every one of the business work together and if they
are inspired and devoted to make any work successful, of course they will do so.
Thirdly, the center of our business is in very advantageous and commercial area. Therefore,
people will not fall in trouble to find out us.

Fourthly, we have developed our business with the help of modern technology comparing to the
other tourism business. Therefore, there is no chance to collapse of our business.
Fifthly, to guide the tourists well, we are providing guides and tutors.
Above all, we are giving our best effort and hope that all kinds of tourists will get the benefit and
caring from our business Unique Tourism. We expect that our business will get the world wide
popularity.

Weakness
We are new to the business world. We have not enough idea especially about management and
also other sectors of the business. Therefore, it is really a difficult job to compete with the other
established tourism business.
Besides, as we are new to business industry, we do not know well how to fascinate or cast the
customer towards our business. So, it is another difficult task for us.

Opportunity
There are huge opportunities in our business. We must build up our company on a strong base so
that it can be sustainable among all kinds odds and storms.

Secondly, we are giving the best supports to our old and new customers. We should consider it
as an opportunity because customers are one of the main pillars of our company.

Thirdly, we are trying to discover new plans for the sake of our business Unique Tourism so
that we can involve and apply it to our business.

Fourthly, if we want to make any kinds of deal or agreement with any other company regarding
business, we can do so very easily. So, it also considered as a great opportunity.

Last of all, we can make the real improvement of our company by maintaining developed
process. Now, we are setting a goal and if we are able to make our company successful, we can
hope that in future, we will be able to achieve our goal. So, we expect that our business will have
a far reaching contribution in our and also in the world.

Threat
This is a huge industry. So, there are some ill motivated businessmen who want to make their
business more high and to destroy or harm other ones.
Secondly, there are some tourism companies which are building up their business in large area to
fascinate the tourists.
Thirdly, some companies are afraid of losing their reputations. From that point of view, they try
spread up scandal about the other business companies through the market.

After studding the market we have marked some key points about our main competitors. Most of
the tourism companies are mostly active at the end of the year in holidays and rest of the day
they use to continue their business to prove their existence. They provide as usual services to the
customers and charged a high amount during the tourism season and again sometimes customers
were harassed by the companies and the companies loss their reputation.
We surveyed 100 customers. The title of the survey was future plan of tourism in Bangladesh.
Our main survey areas were different places of Dhaka cities like Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi,
and Dhaka University area, Mohakhali, Mohammadpur and Saver. We had some preliminary
assumption about our survey like

We consider the customers of different ages. Like we had the opinion from a person of 15
years of old to a person of 60 years of old.

Some of the customers were unmarred, some were married, some were business person,
some were students of different college, university but we did give preference to the
young people as most of the tourist are belong to this category.

We are focusing on the four areas of marketing mix

From the experiment of our survey we have come to know that most of the customers like to
have in budget cost with a very pleasuring, comfortable, relax, tension less tour with experienced

guide. Again we have come to know that most of the customer want to be ensure about hygiene
food, Snacks and most importantly safe water.

Price
Considering most of the successful tourism corporation of todays Bangladesh we have come to
know that as they are mostly active in a particular period of a year they want to earn a high
amount from the customers because they have to run their business as well as they have to
increase their profit.
But we are planning to set the prices which will be preferable as well as eye catching to the
customers. We will concentrate mostly on customers comfort and safeness with a reasonable
prices.

Place
As Dhaka is the central place as well as capital city of Bangladesh we have come to a decision to
construct our head office in Dhaka but the dilemma was that which area can be mostly preferable
for the business. As business generally go to upper level by the response of the customers and for
that place is one of the important part.

Primarily we have chosen some area like Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Bonani, Uttara, Wari and Shabag
by us but after the survey we have chosen that Gulshan will be the best place for our business
Head office.
As Gulshan is in the main Dhaka area most people can easily come and contact with us. Its a
mixture of hi society and middle class society corporate and residential area. That is the most
convincing part behind choosing this area.
So we have focused on the following factors by our survey

The area is near a lot of collage/clubs/universities.

In an aristocrat area.

A lot of residential area is near to this area.

So, this were the elements we have collected during our survey and thus we have selected the
Gulshan area as our head office.
Its not all about place. Starting with just only 10 brunches we will have effective and impressive
branches in almost every division all over the country day by day but of course within 3 years.

Promotion
By distributing leaflets and running advertisement we will primarily start our promotion.
By our survey we have come to know that most of the customers

We have a lot of elements for entertainment. Actually tourism is a matter of entertainment so we
have a planned way to entertain the customers from the very beginning of the tour to the end of

Finance manager
The finance manager of the business will cover all types of money transaction. His foremost duty
will be to execute all kinds of expenses and income segment properly. He will also ensure all the
incoming check and give the permission for outgoing check. At the end of year he will give a
statement on yearly financial assessment.

Accounting manager
Accounting manager inspects the all financial activities done by finance manager. He will be
liable for accounting sector. His main duty will be to accomplish all kinds of money transaction.
He will record the daily money transaction of the business. After a year he will submit the all
kinds of financial statement.

Insurance
Finance manager execute the accountant records, all kinds of payment for insurance premium.
So that our business will be secured and in case of emergency the insurance company will help
us.

We have a very impressive plan for the future. We are very hopeful that we will able to be one of
the best tourism institution not only in Bangladesh but also in the whole Asia and may be people
of all over the world will know about us. Our future plans are given bellow

We will increase our number of buses as we are providing our own bus.

In very near future we will establish our own accommodation system in some particular
most important tourist places so that customers will not face any kind of harassment even
at the time of on season.

We have a plan that we will have a branch office in almost every district in Bangladesh.
So that people can receive help from anywhere in the in the country.

We will provide the facilities to roam around not only in some particular places but also
all over the country.

In near future we will start to make packages which will be in India, Nepal, Malaysia and
some other countries in Asia.

Now a days business without education is quite impossible. We the six partners not only
determined to start a new business but also have planned for every kind of future aspects. We
had a plan not only to establish a business and but also help the country largely. Having this
thought we have chosen tourism as our field. To be honest Bangladesh have a very large
possibility in this field but lack of care and ignorance we are losing our possibility of shine. Look
at the country of Malaysia, Nepal and Sugarland. They have establish tourism as their main
income source. So why not Bangladesh. We are fresh blood with strong determination. We have
Sundarban, largest beach and many more. We will do it this time.

Oligopoly means few sellers dominates the market. Business field like tourism can be
determined as oligopoly. So in our business we will face less competition because there are less
number of compotator in the market. And price and other process will be selected by all of us.
