SURVEY FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

The Survey for the 2016-2017 School Year will let the Language Department know your plans for the 2016-2017 school year,
as well as the school options you are interested in. Fill out this survey before April 29, 2016, 18:00 hrs.

Considerations before filling out the Survey for the 2016-2017 School Year
1.

Have on hand the following information:

Instructors ID
Email address
Regional office number (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13)
Name of current school(s)
CCT of current school(s)

2.

If you would like to change school(s) the next school year, you will need the following information:
Name of school(s)
CCT of school(s)
Shift (morning, afternoon or full time school)

3.

To confirm the above-mentioned information use the school browser Conoce tu Escuela.

4.

Check out the following instructions on how to use the school browser Conoce tu Escuela:

Access http://www.nl.gob.mx/servicios/conoce-tu-escuela.

To find information about your current school

1.

Enter the schools name, municipality, shift and Primaria as academic level. Example:

After entering the data, click on Buscar. The result will be shown on the right side of the school browser.

3.

Click on the name of the school to get additional information.

4.

Take note of the schools CCT.

To find information about school options for the next school year
1.

Select the municipality where you would like to find school options, shift and primaria as academic level. After doing so,
click on Buscar. Example:

Important:
Use ONLY Matutino, Vespertino, Continuo (Tiempo Completo) and Continuo (Jornada Ampliada) as options for your search.

See the options that appear in the results section and check the neighborhood where they are located.

Important:
Do not include as part of your school options, those schools that appear as private in the section Sostenimiento.
The schools shown in the result might not be vacant for the next school year.

To get more information about a school, click on its name.

4.

Take note the schools CCT.

5.

Check the schools address and its location on a map.

6.

Click on Otras escuelas cercanas to know what schools are near the school you have just seen.

Important:
Make a list of school options that are near from one another.

How to fill out the Survey for the 2016-2017 School Year
1.

Use the following link to access the Survey for the 2016-2017 School Year form:

Before starting to fill out the survey, read all the information that appears on top of the first page.

3.

Enter your instructors ID number.

4.

Enter your first name (and middle name if applies) using upper and lower case letters.

5.

Enter your complete last name using upper and lower cases letters.

6.

Provide your email address. After completing and sending your survey a confirmation message will be sent to this email address.

7.

Select the regional office you are currently assigned to.

8.

Select the number of schools you are currently assigned to and press continue.

9.

Register the complete CCT (10 digits) of your current school.

10. Provide the complete name of your current school using upper and lower case letters.

11. Select the shift of your current school.

12. Choose the best option that applies to your plans for the next school year, regarding the schools information you have just
provided.

13. Click on Continue, after selecting the option that best describes your situation for the next school year.

Important:
If your choose
I would like to CONTINUE working at this school.*
I will NOT CONTINUE working in the English program next school year.
then after clicking on Continue, you will be directed to the next message:

* This applies if the number of current schools is 1.

Press Back to confirm that there are no mistakes in the survey.

Press Submit to send your survey.

If you choose
I would like to CHANGE school in the same shift.
I would like to CONTINUE working at this school and I also want to GET ANOTHER SCHOOL in the other shift.
I would like to CHANGE school in this shift and I also want to GENT ANOTHER SCHOOL in the other shift.
I will NOT CONTINUE working in this shift, but I want to work IN THE OTHER SHIFT.
then you will be asked to provide five school options.

To provide complete information about these options you will need CCT, school name and shift:
