Globally over 90% of businesses fail within the first 5 years. The question we asked
ourselves is, How can the very people who are supposed to provide what is needed
and wanted through businesses fail 90% of the time? The short answer we got is: they
are not providing what is needed and wanted! They are, therefore, by our definition not
being businesses! Just imagine, What would happen if people at every level of society
were trained in the mindset of providing what is needed and wanted? From families,
to businesses to communities and beyond. We believe that we would have a society
of problem solvers, keen listeners, contributors, integrators and visionaries where
groups, organizations and businesses are successful because they add real value to the
communities they belong to.

Individuals can make a difference, but it is organizations that fulfill the vision
of the individual. Robert S. Chun
You may be a small business owner, or an entrepreneur. You may have a job. You may
be job-less, and wondering whats next. You may be an arist or an inventor.
You have a dream.
You want to take the plunge.
You believe you have the next cool thing that will change the world forever.
Some days, you wake up and you want to start a movement.
You want to be a leader.
You want to have control and build your future.
You see opportunities that others dont.
You believe that being wealthy and enriching lives sit well together.
You are clear you have the willingness to do what it takes to make your dream a reality.
You realise you need a lot of help to make it all happen.
You are ready to work less and produce more by building an organization.
You are ready to make money, have money, be healthy and be happy.

W h o w e w a n t t o w o r k w i t h s p e c i f i c a l l y
We are not an industry-specific company and do no focus on any particular industry.
All of our customers and clients are concerned about having a future and business that
is built to last, producing results and having fun in the process.
Our Ideal Customers are all coachable and fall into the following 6 categories:
1)

Any company that pays too much in corporate taxes, or sole-proprietors

that do not have a corporate structure. When set up properly our clients reduce
their income taxes LEGALLY to $0 with the strategies that we recommend. We
also have a Corporate IP Strategy that allows people to take money out of a
corporation tax free, and we can also do corporate tax recovery and recover 70%
of the income taxes paid during the past 7 years for any corporate entity.

2)

A small business owner that has maxed out his/her revenues and
profits for several years (3 years+) and needs to do something different to break
through to the next level. Generally these companies hover at $1 million in
revenues and now are more open for coaching and/or consulting. At this level
the owners are required for the business to run/operate.

3)

Companies that have experienced a decrease in revenues and profits

in the past 2 to 3 years (loss of staff, market has evolved etc.) and want to
re-build their businesses, but are uncertain of the direction to take. Through the
ILG Business Re-Boot Program we enable these companies to reset their
direction, and take on the future development of the company powerfully.

4)

Start-up companies with some financial backing, but requiring lots

of additional support through the implementation of a marketing system,
a sales force to build up the organization, business plans to raise additional
financing, operational plans to run the company day-to-day, set-up of software
systems etc.

5)

Rapidly growing companies with 2 to 4 partners that are

experiencing communication breakdowns because they did not set up all
of the agreements from the get-go and now it is presenting day-to-day operational
problems in the company. This creates sabotage, slowed-down growth and
unnecessary energy spent on internal aspects when the organization must be
focused on external concerns (marketing, sales, being real in the marketplace
etc.). What normally happens is that these companies have the right offer but not
enough experience and maturity to build systems that can handle the abundance
that the company is now facing.

6) Established and mature companies where the owner is in late 40s to

late 50s but has not set up any systems to replace him or herself
(no succession and/or legacy planning etc).

Ou r PE OPL E a r e C OM M I T T I NG TO A F U T U R E
BU I LT TO L A ST, NOW
Welcome to the Conceptual Age. Welcome to the first time in the history of the
planet when you truly can choose what you want to be, what you want to do, what
you want to know, and where you want to go. Welcome to a world in which reality
is whatever we make it, a world in which you both can and must immerse yourself in
your own possibilities, a world in which you you the person, you the business, you
the organization, you the government, and you the society can write your own story
and walk into it and become whatever it is you imagine yourself becoming. Life has
never been easier, and because it has never been easier, life has never been harder.
Emancipated from group-think and collective fate, people have the capacity today as
never before to claim their own futures and to shape those futures to suit completely
idiosyncratic, that is to say, personal and individual, wants and needs. You really are
free, and as all truly free people are, you really are responsible and have the opportunity to be fully accountable.Fail to build your own future, and someone is going to
build one for you, whether you want it or not. Fail to bind all the disparately emerging
futures within your organization be it company, school, government, or family to
a shared set of goals, and its future will forfeit, too.
At Integral Legacy Group, we are up to training people that can cause and generate
remarkable futures, built to last. We are clear this requires years of committed
training, growth and practice.
Our work is to assist, coach and support people to look into the future and prepare
themselves for the paradoxical nature of the world they must learn to operate in the
world that lies just around the corner and the world that is waiting decades down the
road. Far more than that, though, the work we are commiting ourselves to is training
business people from all walks of life and their companies to use emerging tools so
that they can become the custodians of their own destiny, and have a future built to last.
No one can predict the future, but no one can afford to be unprepared to meet
whatever does arrive.

Intern and work with us because you want to not

because you have to
The purpose of the internship is to initiate the development of compassionate business
people that can provide what is needed and wanted for people in businesses, organizations, groups and communities they belong to. Be aware that if you are not compassionate, generous and kind it is not possible to provide what is needed and wanted.
Our internship is a playground from which people can train, grow and develop at our
company at their own pace. We provide access to anyone that chooses to participate as
long as they:
a) are willing to do the work and,
b) respect the Ground Rules.
While we love results we are not a result-at-any-cost type of company. We believe
that it is essential that our people understand our culture and methodology first. We
are not interested in people that are just looking for a job. There are plenty of those
in the marketplace. Besides, even if you were to eventually get a a job at ILG you
would never be working for us you would be working with us in partnership.
We realise this is a different model than people are used to, and so be it!
Now, for those that do the work, over time you will learn how to have a full-time income working from home through effective and committed part-time work.
Also, as we are training people to participate in the on-going development of our
organization, we are looking for those people who can become our coaches,
consultants, executives, managers, and future business associates/affiliates (that build
their own businesses) we must ensure that our people have a direct real-life
experience and skill-set in what it takes to design, support and maintain a growing
business. While theory has its place, real-life experience is invaluable.
In addition, we highly encourage continous education through attending events,
reading books, movies and documentaries. We have included a list for you to explore
under the section Essential Educational Resources.

Internship Pathway

We have designed a pathway that is available to anyone who does the work. Everyone
must go through the initiate internship training to access the higher levels.
1. Initiate: Internship.
At this level you are introduced to the company and what is possible i.e. how you
can contribute, make money etc.
2. Novice: Apprenticeship.
At this level you are trained to generate income for the company and recognise
yourself as someone who can produce results.
3. Journeyman: Protg.
At this level you will take on building your own team and work on special projects
that impact the companys growth and future expansion.

Incidental Costs to Participate in the Internship

While there are no costs to participate in the internship there are some incidental
costs that we need to keep you aware of:
1. Space at the ING Cafe.
There is a monthly fee that we need to pay to maintain our spot at the ING Cafe.
This fee will be divided equally by the team so we can use this space for our
monthly meetings. We expect it to be approximately $20 per month.
All payments can be emailed to our Paypal account at:
finance@integrallegacy.com
2. Conference calls. We use US conference lines and you may a) need to get a Skype
account, b) calling card or c) upgrade your phone plan for unlimited North
American calling.
3. Attending networking events. Some events have nominal attendace fees. These
fees will be reimbursed by the company if specific measurable results are
produced.

B a s i c To o l s & S o f t wa r e R e q u i r e d

1. Laptop
2. Internet connection
3. Phone with a long distance plan (Skype also works but GMAIL phone does not).

PROC E S S - DR I V E N v e r su s r e su lt-at-an y c o st
Integral Legacy Group is a process-driven organization. This means we build simple
processes for how we produce our results.
In a process driven organization people start off as interns and walk into their role as
a member of the organization fully trained.
This is opposite most companies out there and compared with other companies the
training is incredibly long.
No matter what credentials people have they have to get trained again to understand
the culture and how to be with customers, clients.
T he training is not survival dependent. It makes it easier for human beings.
In the process people filter themselves out. The company does not do the filtering.
Process-driven organizations are choice driven.
By participating in the training the process itself builds confidence.
For the majority of people this is a very different kind of model for how
organizations operate.
Process Driven
Result-at-any Cost
Results are produced by following procedures
No experience of survival people have choice
Survival can be added as a request in a processdriven model
Learn each part of the job one step at a time
Data light so people can listen smaller chunks of
information that can be processed over time
Manager takes an interest in the experience of a
person
Trained in how to build replicable procedures
A lot of people can be trained at the same time
People are placed where they are best suited and
assigned roles according to their strengths
Process allows for automation (proper
documentation)
Survey, Analyse, Invent, Fit and Exchange
From a psychological perspective, women are
process driven

Results are produced at any cost

Survival on the job training
If you dont learn fast enough you are fired
or replaced
Live and learn approach
Data heavy - people become overwhelmed with too
much information
Little or no support from Manager
Thrown into the fire with no procedure
Only some people can keep up with the training
People are forced into a job/position that does not fit
them and they become a replaceable widget or tool
Automation is not possible (no documentation)
business operates on will-power
Hard-Sell
From a psychological perspective, men are driven
by results.

We are highly committed to keeping the raison dtre (reason for our existence) of
our organization alive, and have people in our organization get the full impact of what
we are up to here.
To fulfill on this commitment, one of the practices we have at Integral Legacy Group,
is reading our Strategic Intent, Vision, External Mission, Internal Mission, Culture
Codes, Core Values and Operational Definitions on a regular basis.
While we realise it takes time to do this, and it is not effecient in all situations to read
from start to finish, it is a highly effective in developing people that can become
members of our organization.
As we read these documents, we ask people what they hear or see in it. The reason we
do it is as people become a member of our organization they can actually listen for and
see things in the document they couldnt see before. It is just like watching a movie
multiple times or reading a book for the second or third time. Often, people are left
with the experience, I dont remember seeing that the first time I saw it!
Keep in mind, that while it has taken us a significant amount of time, energy and
effort to develop these documents, from time to time we will update them as they are
live documents.
For clarification, we read it because:
1. You get to understand who we are collectively not as a particular person or
personality but as an organization
2. We are not looking for the right answer it is NOT a test
3. We simply get to find out how you see certain things its seeing where we are in
our perceptions
4. When you share we get to see your worldview and mindset
5. You have the opportunity to live inside of our culture
6. We get to align ourselves so were playing the same game

Strategic Intent

Most leading global companies started with ambitions that were far bigger than their
resources and capabilities. But they created an obsession with winning at all levels of
the organization and sustained that obsession for decades.
A company with a strategic intent leverages resources by accelerating the pace
of organizational learning and attempt to attain seemingly impossible goals. This is
distinct from companies that focus on trimming their ambitions to match resources
and, as a result, search only for advantages they can sustain.

Vision

This is what you see when a Mission is fulfilled. It is written as a descriptive final
outcome in the present tense and is a declaration the company makes from the future.
When the Vision document is read, others can see themselves in it. A Vision has the
power to align each and every individual in a group or an organization and refreshing
a companys vision can bring things back to life. As an organization fulfills upon its
Vision it is a checklist to complete.

External Mission

The External Mission is the declaration and a promise to the people, community,
tribe and environment that an enterprise or a business organization interacts with that
are outside the organisation. It speaks to the purpose the company exists to fulfill
its reason for existence. It is literally the reason why the company lives. The bigger
the company gets the bigger the community, tribe etc. When an individual, group or
an organization fulfills upon its External Mission, the game is over and the company
will disappear unless new External Mission is found.

Internal Mission

This is the declaration and a promise to the people, group, community, tribe and
environment that the founders have made to its people, including themselves. In
short, this is the declaration and a promise an organization or an enterprise makes to
itself. It defines how the company will behave. Without an internal mission people
become things, widgets and/or component parts.

Quality of Mission Statements

Mission statements are declarative, timeless, bold and young.

Elements of Mission

Mission includes but is not limited to:

Description of service and products
Market niche

Financial intents

Style of business and life

People, contribution or community

Culture Code

Every culture has its own code a set of commands that provides a framework for
behaviors that are acceptable inside of that culture. For the most part these are hidden
from peoples view it is just the way it is. For example, bowing in Japan, drinking
beer in a pub in England, saying Im sorry if you are a Torontonian, or eating all of
your food when you are a guest in a Polish home. When you dont follow this
unspoken, hidden default cultural codes it occurs as out of place in that culture. The
people that can see the clumps of codes have the capacity to create new cultural
codes.

C o r e Va l u e s

Values bring to the foreground specific behaviours. A core value does not have any
infrastructure of reasons to support it. It is a core value because it is core value.
They are the behavioural framework inside of which the Vision and Mission
are fulfilled.

Operational Definitions

At Integral Legacy Group we say that the use of operational definitions is essential
(indespensable) for the successful operation of a business.
The only communicable meaning of any word, prescription, instruction,
specification, measure, attribute, regulation, law, system, edict is the record of what
happens on application of a specified operation or test.
Meaning starts with the concept, which is in somebodys mind, and as a concept
it is ineffable (unspeakable).
An operational definition puts communicable meaning into a concept. Adjectives
like good, reliable, uniform, round, safe, unemployed have no communicable
meaning until they are expressed in operational terms of sampling, test and
criterion. In other words, an operational definition of safe, round, reliable or any

other quality must be communicable, with the same meaning to the vendor,
purchaser, front line worker and any other worker.
The concept of a definition is ineffable and it cannot be communicated to someone
else. An operational definition is one that people can do business with -- it is one
that reasonable men can agree on.
For example, the social definition of Marketing is most often co-mingled with sales
and it creates confusion as to what it actually is for people that are trying to use the
word in the day-to-day operation of their business. The operational definition for
marketing is converting strangers into people that know you (prospects). Not only
does it tell you exactly what Marketing is, once you know it you get used by the
operative definition effortlessly and decisively.

I N T E RNA L M I S SION
We are a group of harmonious, functioning, interdependent corporations,
organizations and systems located throughout the world, aligned in building and
having a better world, fulfilling upon our Vision.
We are a network of companies, both for profit and non-profit, both public and
private, that are trained, approved and licensed by the original RSC Business Group
created by the founder and the core team.
As a structure, our global system is divided into interdependent National Units that
are a licensee holder of RSCBG Technologies (RSCTEK). These National units are
further subdivided into regional units, which are further sub-divided into local
centers which are run by a General Manager and staff. Each center consists of 2 or
more sections which has multiple staff and interns.
As each section and center grows, new regions are established.
As new regions grow, new National Units will be created as we enter into different
markets providing new resources, services, products and innovations.
In this model, there is and will always be more room at the top because:
We are always growing and expanding our foundation, support and base even as we
reach for new levels
We keep inventing, building, and reaching the next level and the next level
thereafter
We leverage already existing resources while inventing, creating and maintaining
new resources
We never stop generating opportunities for those who will do what it takes to get us
all to the next level
Our door for growth, expansion, and advancement is open and will always remain
open for anyone who wishes to walk through it and do what it takes.
Whatever level people choose and build, they can have it, maintain it and grow it or
its equivalent for the rest of their life. We say equivalent because change is the only
constant in our economic eco-system.

E Q U I VA L E N C E

Equivalence can occur when there are two or more of something that are interchangeable
but are not exact duplicates. For example,
An image of 2 + 2 does not exactly equal an image 1 + 3 even though we agree it is
equal in mathematics when we see it.
You could have ten peoples activities be equivalent to two peoples activities and you will
discover that what is being delivered is not the same (not equal) it can be equivalent,
however. As a matter of fact, you will discover that results produced will not be the same in
quantity nor quality while it maybe equivalent in the experience of each producer,
distributor and/or consumer.
While we can create equivalence in activities, results and processes, please note that one
human beings life cannot be replaced by another life. Even as we use equivalence in our
work, we must hold human life and lives people lead as something irreplaceable and precious.
When we produce results as a team or a group, we must always remember that there are
multiple combinations and roads to many equivalent results. Everyone can contribute no
matter how big, small or different.
We can start to live from equivalence when we:
Distinguish and acknowledge our own and others strengths and weaknesses
Exist and live from the awareness that we are neither better, nor worse, than any other
human being
Go beyond the duality of positions, and embrace the context of wholeness
Acknowledge that every human being has the potential to achieve their own brand of
greatness
Continuously train ourselves, seek knowledge and partnership
Seek to provide an environment of equivalence for others, where they too can shine in their
own unique way

INTEGRITY

Wholeness and soundness of something, someone, a situation, a promise, awareness, mind,

emotion, structure, and/or system such that everything is complete and there is nothing
missing
When there is 100% structural and operational integrity there is capacity that gets created for
causing something to happen
In many situations 100% whole and complete integrity protects the structure and the system as
a whole from outside influences. For example, if a steal plate armor has 100% integrity it
protects soldiers from spear thrusts because it cannot penetrate the armor; if a beam has 100%
integrity it can hold up a building.
The only reason integrity is important is to act as a shield because it gives protection and
structural support. It acts as a capacity device, protection device and amplification device for
biological and mechanical structures
Reputation with integrity can last multiple generations

CONTROL

The ability to stop, change and start something with the environment around it, just the
way it is
Control happens inside of communication, with agreed upon outcomes and results through
teamwork, systems, structures and support
Control takes into account the future and the present situation
By creating an environment where control is present we can cause predictable results and
outcomes with people, through:
Communication
Agreements
Accounting for peoples feelings and needs
If there is control, it guarantees outcomes.
NOTE:
Control is collapsed in our everyday living (business and life) as domination and
commanding others.
To have control, as we define it at Integral Legacy Group, it must be distinguished and
uncollapsed from domination, commands and directives (one-way direction) to
communication (dialogue).
Domination handles the present, however it always sacrifices the future.
For example, when sales happens by dominating prospects and demanding things from them
this is not control. This is domination and results in hard-sell.
At Integral Legacy Group this is to be avoided.

MOR ALS

Recorded, spoken and unspoken rules, codes and customs that people have used in the past
which has helped them survive
Something one applies to oneself

ETHICS

Something that somebody does to someone else (when the known behavioral moral codes are
not followed) such that a group survives (i.e. Parking tickets)
Ethics are applied and imposed by a group onto an individual when it is perceived that the
individual will threaten the survival of the said individual or the group
Ethics is an outside code whereas morals are a code one applies onto oneself

*NOTE: We are born into a world where the culture codes produces a specific
type of human being. It is simply the inherited survival code that most of us are
exposed to while we grow up. It is inferior conditioning designed to produce good
workers. This is not an exhaustive list.
Dont talk to strangers
Be independent
Live from your production only
Work for a living
Be a good employee
Spend everything you make
Operate from scarcity
Use only what you have
Dont trust people
Get a good education
Dont be entrepreneurial
Have more liabilities than assets
Dont stick your neck out
To have a lot of money you have to work massive hours
Be jealous of rich and happy people and make them wrong
Live in a paranoid reality where your biggest fear is the fear of being conned
Suffer a lot all the time, and suppress it
Allow your circumstances to dictate what you can and cant do in life
Think that you will get punished if you try to break away from this code
Pretend that you care about others while in fact you are selfish and concerned about
yourself only (Will I make money? Will I look good enough? Will people like me?)
Avoid being responsible and being accountable
Survive, any which way, and sacrifice the future for present-day survival
