Introduction
During the lifetime of an ImagePrograf Printer, firmware updates are normally available to
improve performance and functionality of the device. The purpose of this instruction guide is
to
provide simple instructions to update the Firmware and avoiding the need to request a
representative from a Service Provider to carryout the necessary work.
This guide shows two parts of the upgrade process.
1. Installation of the Firmware Update Tool.
2. Updating the Firmware to the Printer
Important Notes
Please refer to the Readme File for Minimum Installation Requirements
It is recommended to contact your Service Provider if you have any specific questions
relating to changes or updates to the Firmware version.
If you are unsure about installing or updating the firmware using the Firmware Update
Tool, advice must be sought from the Service Provider for the Printer.
If in the event of a technical issue arises as a result of uploading the Firmware, please
contact your Service Provider for further guidance.
