Job Description:You will be involved in the development of Analog/Mixed Signal IC for Power
Management or RF Application or Communication Application. You will be required
to carry out the design and development of new IC to meet the target requirements of
performance characteristics, function, quality, cost and schedule.
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3 years experience (for senior positions) in analog/mixed signal IC design.
Knowledge of analog circuits either in DCDC, Low Drop-out regulators, charge
pumps, audio amplifiers, LNA, RF-PA, SPDT, ADC/DAC, Phase-Locked Loop, LVDS
and high speed buffer (>2.7GHz).
Fresh graduates with relevant project and hands-on experience may apply.
Good understanding of Bi-CMOS and BCD process technology will be a plus.
Project management experience is desired for Senior position.

Digital IC Design
Senior Engineer
Job Description:You will be involved in the development of logic design specification based on
customer request. You will be required to verify the design through simulation and
ensure that it conforms to the specification. You will also perform synthesis to
implement the design to the targeted process technology as well as perform
evaluation to verify IC performance satisfies specification.
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3 years experience in ASIC design flow from specification preparation, RTL
coding, scripting skills, synthesis, DFT integration, Auto P&R and STA
Knowledge of Verilog and digital design methodology is a must.
Experience with 1 Chip Microcomputer design is an added advantage.
Preferably with experience in making assembler program.

Product Engineering

Job Description:You will be involved in the evaluation and testing of Analog/Mixed Signal IC
for Power Management, LED Driver, High frequency communication
application. You will be required to assemble the testing hardware and write
the test software in order to fully evaluate the performance and
characterization of ICs under development.
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3 years experience in test measurement engineering including
hardware design of test circuits, PCB design including high frequency
operation; noise interference, test programming, and
characterization of integrated circuits.
Fresh graduates with relevant project hands-on experience may apply.
Knowledge of Labview, Visual Basic, Excel are required.
Knowledge of C#, VBA, USB, FPGA will be advantageous.
Project management experience and good communication skill are desired.

Measurement Development

trouble-shoot the test boards, and ensure the smooth transfer of the test
apparatus from development to production.

including hardware design of test circuits, test programming, characterization of
integrated circuits, and design of test boards for production.

Testing Technology

Job Description:You will be involved in the new product line setup, test time improvement, yield
improvement and other improvement in factory environment to boost
productivity. You are required to analyze test data, verify device characteristic
and performance and identify the cause of issues, either from the diffusion or
assembly area. Effective communication with Japan, China or Indonesia
counterpart is vital in the daily course of your work.
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3 years experience (for senior position) in test measurement engineering
in factory environment. Device understanding and characteristic knowledge in
Laser Diode or Charge Coupled Device is a must.
Fresh graduates with relevant project and hands-on experience may apply.
Knowledge of Lab-view, SeqEditor, Visual Basic will be advantageous.

Mask Layout

Job Description:You will work closely with the Design Team from chip planning to tape-out.
You will be required to coordinate and generate high standard custom layout of
CMOS and mixed signal blocks and chips as well as perform complete physical
design verification using Calibre
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3-5 years experience (for senior and staff positions) in 1 chip layout
design.
Excellent skills in block level designs, top level integration and floor planning.
Deep understanding of layout techniques and Bi-CMOS technology.
Knowledge in UNIX and SKILL programming.
Project management experience and good communication skill are desired for
Senior position.
PCB Layout
Engineer

Job Description:You will work closely with the Design Team from schematic planning to PCB
tape-out. You will be required to generate high standard PCB Design and to
liaise with external parties.
Requirements: Masters / Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
Min 3 years experience in various types of PCB designs especially in mobile
phone, LEDs and Power Management applications.
Excellent skills in device placement and PCB routing.
Experience in Mentor Pads logic and layout is essential.
Posses project management skill and good communication skill.
