Do you have available Security Policies for your staff?
Do you have a procedure of definition and identification of targets, indicators and risks? Do you perform internal audits? Do you drive corrective actions? Do you conduct management reviews? Is the Business Partner in the process of becoming certified BASC or has some other security initiatives in process?
Do you evaluate your business partners regarding BASC/CTPAT
security requirements? Do you ensure that your business partners are not taking part in money laundering activities? Do you perform audits of your Business Associates regarding the BASC/CTPAT/Other Security Initiatives requirements? Do you inspect containers prior to export or receive? Do you inspect vans and trucks prior export or to receive?
Do you ensure the use of the seals when shipping the
containers? Are the seals properly controlled regarding inventory and signatures? Is there a method of access control for employees and visitors?
