Dans notre vie personnelle, nous parlons souvent de projets: projets

de voyage, achat dune maison, changement de type de vie, installation en
province,....
Dans notre vie collective, aussi, nous pouvons avoir de trs nombreux
projets: la cration dune association, dune entreprise,....
Tous ces projets sont plus ou moins mris, depuis un rve fort peu
raliste jusqu quelque chose de trs clairement imagin.
Quand nous parlons de gestion de projet ou de management de
projet, cest que nous commenons entrevoir la faon dont un projet peut
tre men bien.
Cest de ce type de projet que nous allons parler.

Cest la dfinition de lOBJECTIF
On pourra utiliser la mthode SMART (1)
Lobjectif doit tre:
- Spcifique: lobjectif doit tre prcis, positif, explicite
- Mesurable: il doit tre quantifi, pour quon puisse dfinir clairement
tout moment, sil est atteint ou ce quil reste faire pour y arriver.
- Appropri: il doit correspondre aux capacits et moyens susceptibles
dtre mis en oeuvre
- Raliste: lobjectif doit tre atteignable
- Temporel: on doit dfinir le temps ncessaire atteindre lobjectif
