Dear Dir. Ulep:

Please be informed that consistent with the mandates of Republic Act No. 7160
otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and Republic Act No. 7942, An Act
Instituting a New System of Mineral Resources Exploration, Development, Utilization, and
Conservation of Mineral Resources and Local Revenue Code of Bukidnon, the Provincial
Government of Bukidnon is strengthening the enforcement of small scale mining laws and
regulations, particularly on the extraction, utilization and conservation of sand and gravel and
other quarry resources in the Province of Bukidnon.
As such, I am respectfully forwarding to your office an additional list of dump truck
units and a like with Plate number who has committed violations of some of the provisions of
the above-cited laws, rules and regulations, and to be put in to alert state; this was in relation
to the request letter submitted to your office dated last December 21, 2015.
