In this research, the key factors of the internationalization of primary
education in Taiwan were identified. The questionnaire, containing four
parts, was administered to 300 primary school teachers in Taiwan. The
results of this study show that in the internationalization of primary
education in Taiwan the factors most in need of improvement are
International Communication Ability and a sense of world Citizenship.
