Profile
The weight indicator PR 1613 ADF in a
flame-proof housing is particularly suited for
applications in areas where there is a risk of
explosion (zone 1), especially for crane-,
platform and bridge weighing machines,
as well as for tank and container weighing
machines. The indicator can be operated
fully via keyboard elements on the front
panel, as well as by control inputs. By means
of the built-in memory programme control,
as well as the free programming of the
weighing sequences (with the option
PR 1613/10 or PR 1613/20, the weight
indicator can by means of self-secure
interfaces in the safe zone, take over
independently small to medium automated
tasks. The highest security against
breakdown, as well as the protective class
IP 5 guarantee a problem-free deployment
in the most difficult of conditions.

Description
The weight indicator PR 1613 ADF consists of
a pressure-cast housing with standard
electronics. On the front panel there are
7 push-buttons for operation of the
indicator, and a view window for the
fluorescent indicator. The operation has not
changes in relation to the nonhoused weight
indicator. The assembly includes an Intrinsic
Safety Interface PR 1626/60, in order to
make possible the connection of standard
load cells. All connections to the outside are
led via screwed cable glands to screw
terminals.
