This application is not a commitment for either the applicant or the Delaware Valley
Tennis Club. It is understood that a five hundred dollar, non-transferable and noninterest bearing membership certificate is required to become a member in good standing.
This certificate, when fully paid, may be redeemed at the discretion of the Board of
Directors.

Your interest in Delaware Valley Tennis Club is appreciated
DVTC is an organization dedicated to serious tennis players of all ages and skill levels.
It is a member-owned and member-operated club, with roots endowed with over 50 years
of tennis tradition. Its 12 well maintained, quick drying, soft courts, located on 6 scenic
acres and its low player to court ratio, make it an extremely pleasant place to play tennis.
Various membership plans are available: (see page two)
A membership certificate is required for adult members over age 30. In the past this
certificate of $500.00 was paid with the initial dues. At the present time the club has
decided to extend to its new members, the privilege of paying the certificate off over a
period of not more than 5 years. This method has a $20.00 per year fee. The certificate if
fully refundable, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, only after it is paid in full.
Written notice is required for redemption. The certificate is refunded one year from the
date of the letter. As an introduction to the club, payment on the membership certificate
may be deferred for one year.
We will provide you with an interview so that you may find out more about the club and
we will be glad to answer any questions at that time. Please complete the attached
application form and forward to the membership committee as indicated.
