better description due to darkness in his yard but stated
male was holding some sort of bottle. RP reports he stated
"no", and male started walking toward the center of town.

clear- Corey was at a party and had a verbal argument with
someone so he left. He is now at the Mobil and will e
calling for a ride home. He denies trying to sell and drugs.

I called the rp back and explained this to her. She stated
she does have insurance and would like to report the officer
that took her plates. I advised her that Ofc. Kelley would
respond to explain the situation.

her how to go about registering her vehicle.
