At the time of joining I am engaged with the expansion project of 635TPD fiber
line (pulp mill) supplied by Andritz. Project work and commissioning of this project is
completed .Currently I am engaged with Maintenance of this plant.

Current Job Profile
Looking after the maintenance of 525TPD paper machine & its accessories like
pumps, over head cranes, screens, compressors, blowers, Turbair, calendar heating

systems etc., 2nos of ECH Will converting machine, 2nos of Pemco Packing lines,
2nos of Robotic Palletiser System, Reel ASRS, Pallet ASRS, 800TR Vam machine

Maintain various record of equipment like specification register, history register,

conditioning monitoring register, lubrication register, pending jobs, daily job allocation
register, etc

Implementation of Proactive Maintenance, Condition based Maintenance, Preventive

Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Shutdown Planning & Execution.

Working with ERP system for procurement of materials & work order of contractors.

Previous Assignment Erection & Commissioning and maintenance of 635 tpd

Fiber line :
During project Erection of equipments and their alignment checking.
Pumps erection and checking of alignment like pump shaft & motor shaft
alignment with dial gauge.
Preparation of protocols for erection and alignment of equipments.
Supervision on fabrication of structurals and tanks.
Pressure test and hydro test of pipe lines and pressure vessels
Verification of Drawings/documents like PID, Civil, Schematic Submitted
by vendors
Material handling (structurals, fasteners, spares e.t.c.).
Enable mobilization of contractor with manpower & other resources to site, Ensure front
availability to start erection activities by maintaining co-ordination with other departments
like civil mechanical & electrical.
Coordinating Lubrication first fill up for all Equipments& making list for changing of
lubrication frequency.
During Maintenance Making Purchase requisitions for Spares of all equipments and consumables.
Maintenance of Mechanical Equipments / Piping Systems including Rotary and Static
Equipments
Checking the availability of all spares, consumables, Lubrication (oils& grease).

Preparing checklist for all equipment includes oil level in sight glasses,
temperature of bearings, vibration and any abnormability of equipment.
Preparation of Maintenance SOPs(Standard operating procedures) for all
equipments
Planning for upcoming shutdown and breakdown jobs..
Following condition monitoring of all equipments.
Involvement in quality circle, ISO Documentation,.TPM activities.
