PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

Tie rod: a high tensile rod with fast action coarse

thread. Supplied continuous threaded in 6m
lengths. 15mm diameter with weight of 0.67Kg per
Metre. Supplied in self-colour only.

Water barrier: A cast-in tie rod connector with

central disc. Placed in centre of the wall. Supplied
self-coloured. Weight 0.53Kg.

Acts as a water barrier after Tie Rod has been

removed.

Supplied in 6m lengths ideal for easy delivery,

handling and stock management.
High tensile is super strong. Designed and
manufactured explicitly for formwork tie use.
Coarse thread is self-cleaning and
non-corrosive.
Can be re-used.

Plastic Sleeving: 5mm Polyurethane collar.

Available in 3m lengths. Weight 1.3Kg per metre.
Sleeving cone: For use with Plastic Sleeving tube to
suit either 15mm or 20mm diameter Tie rod. Fitted
either end to allow the hole to be made good.

Creates 20mm rebated hole in face of the concrete

which allows for easy remedial repairs of the wall
once the Tie Rod has been removed.

Waler Plate: A profiled heavy-duty washer plate

120mm x 120mm x 10mm. Weight 1.1Kg. Supplied
in a plated finish.

Works in conjunction with Waler plate.

Wing nut: A cast nut with lever arm action. Weight

0.33Kg. Supplied either self-coloured or sheridised.

Can be used with Waler Plates for all soldier or

waling applications.

Joint nut: Used for connecting of Tie Rods. Has a

centre stop. 105mm long and weight 0.41Kg.
Supplied in a plated finish.

Centre stop ensures equal spacing of Rod inside

the Connector.
