Responsibilities
Designed technical program specifications based on business requirements.
Customer Ledger: Developed a report through which the end user can get the detailed information of the
customer which describes the customer name Opening Balance, closing balance, Security deposit etc.
Sum of PO amount: This program prints out the total Purchase amount from vendors within an input date
range.
Prepared various ALV Reports to keep track of the Plant Business Process.
Modified standard layout Purchase orders script for loading company logo and address according to the
client requirement.
SCRIPTS
Developed and design SAP scripts and the layout for purchase order through that user can get the key
information in to a page and can take the printout.
ENHANCEMENTS
Field exit for Base unit of measure (MEINS) for MM02 transaction in BasicDataView.
OOALV
Developed oo alv report for displaying the Purchase orders.
Developed Interactive report involving OO ALV for displaying Purchase orders for particular purchase
requisition number using double-click event.

Responsibilities
Designed technical program specifications based on business requirements.
Generated basic lists and Interactive Reports for information in the MM/SD including Sales, Billing,
Purchasing, Goods Received, Inspection Plan, and Batch Determination using ABAP/4 programs, Screen,
Report Painter and Menu Painters. Used Parameters, Select-options and Match Codes to make the reports more
friendly and intuitive to the user.
Developed a report which gives PO (Purchase Order) Pricing detail.
Developed an ALV Report to display the pending PR details during the year.

BDC
Created the batch input program to transfer Material Master Record from non SAP system to R/3 system by
using MM01 transaction code.
Developed a BDC program to upload the data into customer master, using XD01 transaction code.

Migrated SAP scripts into Smart forms for Sales Orders, Purchase orders and Invoices.
