As i understand
When a cell cry ( for his food and that is glucose ) a person feels
hunger then we eat food and takes carbohydrate,protin, fats ,but
cell needs only glucose after metabolism carbohydrate convert
into glucose but one more problem is there cell can not take
glucose itself it needs insulin,and insulin is secrated by pancreas
,insulin is a fanal type structure and it helps to glucose molecules
enter into the cell ,if our pancreas is weak and produse less
insulin then glucose is excess in the blood stream but not able to
enter into the cell ,
Few Drug as Metformin, glipizide give pressurise to the pancreas
to secrate more insulin , it is not a treatment ,
When that drug fail to secrate insulin then dose of the drug
increase ,and at the last insulin nedded from out side .
Second thing as you know it is not a diseaze it is disoder you can
say weak ness of pancreas and any weakness first treatment is
rest ,but here we are giving more angiti to the pancreas, by giving
drug .
Here the treatment is to give energy to the Spleen, and i am very
sure the food suggest by Mr Anang is warmth food and it tone to
Spleen.

The another treatment is to give insulin in primary stage when

you know abot the patient is suffering from sugar .by giving

insulin the pancreas take rest and it heals itself ,and patient
