______ Dagandang who is the school head of Bulawan National High School,
to the handsomest School Head of Maruing National High School, Sir
________ Enterina, to the beauteous School Head of Maralag National High
School Madam ________. My salute also to Maam Beth Tumanda who is our
overall adviser and for being proliferic and the only master teacher of the
Lapuyan National High School, teachers, visitors, parents, students, ladies
and gentlemen good morning.
It gives me great pleasure to be in front of you. Many of you travel long
distances which is serves to remind us all just how important our work is.
This event speaks for the commitment that all of us in the school hold for the
sport. Sports is a very important activity that affects both the mental and
physical positioning of the human body and that is the reason why schools all
over the globe take out just one day on the entire school calendar to engage
students of their school in a competitive sports event.
I am sure that today we will witness athletic performances of the highest
quality over the course of this championship. Participants do your best and
compete in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. And take the
opportunity to come closer to each other.
And also I wish to acknowledge with gratitude and thanks to the splendid
cooperation and support of the Local Government Unit who in one way or
another contributes immeasurably to the success of this event.
And before I handover the microphone to the master of the ceremony, I
would like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all
participants or students, visitors, parents and to all of my colleagues in the
profession from Maruing, Maralag and Bulawan. Again welcome (3x) and
thank you for coming. It's our pleasure to see so many of you here."
