These nozzles are designed to discharge the extinguishing gas into the raised floors or suspended ceilings in which they are installed. The drilled holes
are perpendicular to the pipe inlet (horizontal jet).
The drilled hole diameters are calculated from the following formula:

Installation
This discharge nozzle is mounted directly onto a threaded pipe wrapped with Tflon tape. It is tightened using an adjustable spanner. Particular care must
be paid to the orientation of the nozzle openings in order to optimize the diffusion of the gas into the protected volume. The rules governing the layout of
this type of nozzle are defined in the application instructions of the relevant extinguishing system.
Storage
In the original packaging, protected against shock.
Maintenance/servicing
A visual inspection must be made of the nozzle once every six months. During this inspection, check that the exit holes are not blocked (e.g: by nascent
corrosion or excessive dust) and that the nozzle holes comply with the installation drawings.

This product is exclusively intended for use by specialised installers with experience in the design, installation and maintenance of automatic extinguishing
systems. They must ensure that this product is correctly used according to the specified conditions, that there is no danger for themselves or others, and
that the SIEMENS instructions are followed (assembly instructions, technical instructions, commissioning instructions, installation manuals). Checks shall
also be made to ensure that the product is installed in accordance with the accident prevention regulations and national regulations in force. The installers
shall also ensure that users have read and understood the information relating to this product.
