1 Who is O&M?

Following construction and commissioning, the wind farm is formally


handed over to the responsibility of the Operations and Maintenance
(O&M)Team.
The site O&M Team, managed through the Operations Manager, are
responsible of all aspects of operating and maintaining the wind
farm, to maximise generation, control costs, whilst ensuring
compliance.
The O&M Team are supported by internal teams and external
suppliers and contractors.

What do we do?

Using E.on staff and contractors, we;


Operate the wind farms 24/7 - Maximise production, manage asset integrity
and respond to National Grid requests, we;
Monitor & control the turbines
Monitor & control the HV and auxiliary systems
Control the turbines, HV systems and BOP to facilitate maintenance &
repair activities
Maintain the wind turbines, HV systems and Balance of Plant (BOP) ;
Routine Maintenance
Proactive Maintenance
Reactive Maintenance
