customers , offering high quality training and providing a service
that guarantees increased sales as well as establish control of
expenditures and operating costs. Among the objectives they
are : to plan , coordinate and efficiently manage the resources of
the institution , in order to meet the expectations and needs of
the company and customers as well as obtain favorable results
in sales, profits .
Other relevant aspects : direct, coordinate , monitor and set
standards for the proper functioning and development of
processes and activities planned by the institution , thus seeking
to meet the objectives and goals of the institution.
