possible whenever the USCG/USN/FBI start truly investigating.
HAD 09/22/2001 HAPPENED AT NIGHT no one would have
thought anything except PILOT ERROR perhaps when it was
MURDER/TERRORIST ATTACK regardless of who was involved
and ALL FEDERAL AGENCIES JUMPED ONBOARD.

Since the GULF WATERS are involved with ALL GULF STATES,
FLORIDA AND EAST COAST PLUS ALL ISLANDS SOUTH
THREATENED BY A MASSIVE OIL SPILL no one has realized that
Branko R. Babic, an English Resident INVENTOR did indeed
design a Counter Pressure Plug and Counter Pressure Plug with
Pipe and Shutoff Valve which is IDEAL for stopping any leak on
riser piping. Keep in mind the RISER PIPING is in sections
perhaps 90 feet long and 21 inches BUT missing check valves at
each connection flange to keep hydraulic oil to a BOP from going
out if the line fractures or is in trouble from the BOP to surface.

BP and our Government agencies LET some straw six inch in

diameter be inserted to show they can pull oil up into a barge at
perhaps 5,000 gallons a day when well over 250,000 gallons are
flowing unchecked into the Gulf Bottom from two massive leaks.
Oceaneering firm has ROV chop saws able to cut 26 inch pipe like
butter PLUS ROV welder capabilities and any STEEL WELDING
SHOP can make up a CPP or a CPP with open pipe and valve
which would allow a flange to be placed on outgoing steel nipple
to allow hooking up of flexible pipe 18 inch or even 10 inch
reduced from 18 inch flange connection to flexible pipe with
shutoffs up to the surface ship to control removal of oil, gas,
water and NO LEAK AT THE BOTTOM. Shutting off the oil flow
might allow the BOP to have a module replaced, recharge
Hydraulic Lines or even MANUALLY SHUT IT DOWN !

"JET SWET" to stop flow of gas and water, sewage and AIR
through lines allowing soldering thus shutting down the
emergencies quickly. 5,000 feet WELDING VIA ROV is entirely
possible with ROV WELDER OPERATOR being onboard a vessel
using a special LENS then welding like he or she would in a
POOL. All of this could have been proven in any POOL with a
short length of 21 inch thick wall pipe, a section of 20 or 18 inch
thick wall pipe inserted inside with special steel washers to seal
inside or outside the 21 inch thick riser THEN weld same
checking weld with underwater XRAY and turn OFF the valve with
ROV once welded and the LEAK AND GAS STOPS ! Can all be
done in less than 8 hours with helicopters taking people and
components to the site or speed boat delivering components
while helo takes welder to the ROV SHIP until the speed boat
arrives with CUT SAW and ROV WELDER EQUIPMENT. Down to
the bottom and start welding fillet welds to steel then once done
SHUT IT DOWN. SAVES HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS
AND DESTRUCTION OF GULF WATERS AND PERHAPS SAVES
GULF STATES IN THIS UPCOMING LABOR DAY MIGRATION TO
BEACHES .

Special SKIMMERS are also shown on the Site but I am not KEVIN
COSTNER with a spinning Centrifuge oil recovery invention. EPA
gave clues to use SKIMMERS and BELT ROLLER RECOVERY
YEARS AGO WHICH WILL WORK IN SHALLOW AREAS WITH
QUIET SEAS. WATER VACUUM UNITS CAN PULL UP OIL AND
SEA WATER FROM DEEP IN THE OCEAN USING SPECIAL
UNDERWATER WELL PUMPS THAT WOULD SEND OIL UP TO
THE SURFACE WHERE SPECIAL SAND SEPARATOR BARGES
WITH SPECIAL DUSTPAN SCOOP FORMATIONS COULD FORCE
THE CONTENTS OVER SPECIAL CONVEYORS INTO ROLLERS
TO EXTRACT WATER AND SLUFF OFF OIL INTO SPECIAL
HOLDING TANKS WHICH COULD BE PUMPED TO WAITING
BARGES !

All the technology and EXPERTS are AWARE OF HOW TO STOP

THE LEAK immediately after it happened regardless of three or
five points. Target obviously is the first FLANGE of riser pipe
away from the BOP connection. ONCE THAT IS CUT AWAY
ABOVE THE FLANGE then another could have been attached
sealing the well....IF only pipe is cut then Branko R. Babic in
Oxford provided the PATENTED IDEA TO BE USED IN THIS
NATIONAL EMERGENCY .... BP DIDN'T LIKE IT BECAUSE
SOMEONE PERHAPS DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT UNDERWATER
WELDING AND ALL GOVERNORS OF GULF STATES,
PRESIDENT AND SPECIAL PEOPLE HIRED TO MAN PHONES IN
CONTROL AREAS PLUS HIRE THOUSANDS TO START LAYING
OUT THOSE EXPENSIVE BOOMS ALL SUMMER WOULD NOT
HAVE BEEN REQUIRED.

BP sadly has received some 350 Million dollars from an Insurance

Company and will make MORE with that STRAW sucking oil at
1/50 th of the amount going into the GULF each day.....WHY ?
