The Scheme proposed in this section is as follows:

The details for process and equipment specifications are given in the other section of this
offer.
The TDS of the water shall be reduces to a major extent in the R.O.section. The treated water
quality expected out of the R.O.section shall be as follows:

The above treated water quality shall be attained subjected to the following:
1. Raw water is not worse than the sample used for testing.
2. Plant is operated strictly as per the instructions of O & M manual supplied
along with the plant.
3. Specified quantity of good quality chemicals are used for the pre-conditioning of
the water.
4. Original spare parts are used for replacement.
5. The feed water limiting conditions are maintained.

Process Description
The raw water is feed in the inlet of multi media filter for removal of suspended
impurities. After Multimedia Filter the Carbon filter removes the odor and the colour of
the water.
Then the water is passed through the cartridge filter to reduce the SDI below acceptable
limits for the R.O.membrane . The cartridge filter also takes care of any foreign particle
and prevent it form going to the high pressure pump to prevent any damage to the high
pressure pump.
Then water is pumped at high pressure through the R.O.block, wherein. The major
quantity of dissolved salts are rejected in the reject stream and almost the pure water
comes out as a separate stream.

The permeate water shall be collected in a blending tank where activated carbon filtered
water will be mixed to bring the water quality as per the required specifications

4.SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSION
Our supplies will be restricted to the items included in the technical data. For your ready
reference, a list of exclusions from our supply are given below:
1. All types of Civil Works like foundations, drain, drain sumps, raw water storage
tanks. The raw water supply at the inlet of raw water tank.
2. Incoming supply of our instrument panel.
3. Plant lighting, earthing, cable trays.
4. Piping into the inlet of the raw water pump.
5. Handling and safe storage of the materials at the site.
6. All consumables and chemicals required during commissioning of the plant.
7. All Supplies, workings and services, not specifically mentioned as forming a part
of our offer.
8. Any other item or equipment not specifically mentioned in our offer.

5.Price, commercial terms & conditions

PRICE SCHEDULE
Our price for the supply of 2000 lts/hr R.O.Plant of C-PVC pipe fittings shall be
Rs 3,00,000/-( Rupees ThrerLakh's Ten thousand only )

Vat @ 1% extra
Freight extra at actuals
Delivery of the equipment should be within a week from the date of purchase
order along with advance.
Payments terms : 100%advance along with the purchase order,
Incase of outstation boarding , lodging , to & fro etc are from your side.
