Please accept this letter and resume as an indication of my sincere desire to be placed
into consideration for a position in health insurance sales. I possess extensive customer
service, B2B marketing, and closing experience and believe these resources would prove to
be a great asset to the advertised insurance company.

My background includes significant account management experience where I have


cultivated an array of relevant skills applicable in an environment where outreach, customer
care, and effective liaison work lead to customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention. I
have experience working with business owners and corporate leaders as well as investors. I
am comfortable working with goal-dedicated groups, or with a set of individual

In addition to applicable work experience, I have been fortunate to participate in a


number of sales and marketing seminars, and fundamentally understand the significance of
building relationships as a vehicle for ensuring organizational viability. I have benefited

Hopkins, Roger Dawson, Donald Moine, Glenna Salsbury, Michael Reagan, Harry Dent, and
Joe Montana. Each of these individuals brought a unique perspective to customer service
strategies, but were all united in describing customer care as the foundation upon which all
commerce is predicated.

With regard to my professional experience due to market conditions beyond my


control several positions have ended as a result of companies going out of business or due
to being included in group layoffs. I remain enthusiastic however, and my desire to serve
clients in the role of sales consultant is stronger than ever.
