Faronics Anti-Executable keeps computers free from unauthorized, unlicensed, or

harmful software. The unique whitelist is automatically created and no definition file

Visi utama dari software ini adalah menjaga, memblokir dan membebaskan komputer
anda dari user yang tidak diperkenankan dan dari software yang tidak dikehendaki
untuk terinstall pada komputer.
Software ini merupakan satu produksi dengan deep freeze yaitu keluaran faronics, cara kerja
faronics Anti-Executable sendiri yaitu tidak memperkenankan proses installasi software pada komputer
yang terpasang Anti-Executable, serta memblokir perubahan atas settingan penting komputer dari
tangan-tangan user yang tidak diperkenankan.

Proses Installasi Faronics Anti-Executable : (download program ini sesuai petunjuk dibawah)

1. Jalankan file setup (Dengan cara add remove program atau mendouble click file setup)

2. Click Next >> lalu beri tanda cawan/centang I Agree To These Terms dan Click “Next”

3. Akhiri dengan meng-Click “Finish” >> Click “Yes” pada kotak properties “Confirm”
4. Biarkan proses installing dan Scanning hingga selesai dan akan otomatis restart.
Proses Setting setelah Installasi :
1. Untuk membuka software faronics Anti-Executable ini yaitu dengan menekan tombol “Shift”
pada keyboard disertai meng-Click Icon Anti-Executable pada system tray yaitu di Pojok kanan
bawah (gambar 1)
2. Ketika jendela confirmasi password terbuka (gambar 2) Click tombol “OK” dikarenakan anda
belum memasukkan password dan masukkan sebuah password baru jika jendela konfirmasi
password muncul (gambar 3).

3. Setelah anda sukses Login langkah

selanjutnya adalah memberi settingan
baru (gambar disamping).
Pada Settingan menu General,
terdapat pilihan On (aktif / Enable)dan
Off (Non Aktif / Disable) Faronics
Anti-Executable.

4. Untuk menu status menjelaskan

status settingan aktif pada Faronics
Anti-Executable

5. Settingan menu Configuration : Terdiri dari 4 sub menu, yaitu :

A. Submenu Security Settings : Anda dapat mengaktifkan beberapa setting dari keamanan
komputer anda diantaranya dengan meningkatkan Status security dari low menjadi “High”
B. Submenu Message : Anda dapat mensetting pesan yang akan ditampilkan ketikka suatu
perubahan pada komputer dilakukan oleh user yang tidak dikehendaki. Settingan pesan ini
 berupa gambar yang ingin ditampilkan (Click “Customize” lalu pilihlah file gambar yang akan
ditampilkan), pada kolom Message anda dapat memberikan text / pesan yang akan ditampilkan.
C. Submenu Exempted Folders : yaitu mensetting folder yang dibolehkan untuk menyimpan
dan menjalankan file Executable / aplikasi (Click tombol Add folder untuk memilih path folder
dan jangan lupa memberi tanda cawan/centang pada include subfolders).
D. Submenu Trusted Applications : yaitu memasukkan path dari aplikasi yang diijinkan untuk
dijalankan, secara otomatis faronics Anti Executable mendeteksi dan mengijinkan software anti
virus untuk dapat dijalankan. (Click tombol Add Aplication untuk mengijinkan path/alamat file
dari software, sehingga dapat dijalankan dan jangan lupa beri tanda cawan/centang pada include
subfolders)

6. Menu Password : untuk merubah password lama dengan password baru.

UnInstall Faronics Anti-Executable :
Software Faronics Anti-Exe tidak terdeteksi pada list “Add remove programs”, sehingga untuk
meng-uninstallnya diperlukan langkah-langkah berikut :
1. Login / Buka Faronics Anti-Executable.
2. Pada Menu General pilih / Click Off (untuk Mendisable), lalu akhiri dengan Click “Ok”.
3. Pastikan icon Anti-Exe pada systray (pojok kanan bawah) telah tersilang.
4. Akhiri dengan mendouble click file master setup Faronics Anti-Executable (seperti
proses install), secara otomatis tombol “Uninstall” akan muncul >>Click Uninstall.
