Spirit Week September: Decide on dress days for Spirit Week Make posters and set expectations on what is/isnt acceptable for each day Conference November: Attend Student Council Leadership Conference March of Dimes Fundraiser February: Discuss the upcoming fundraiser and what the March of Dimes stands for Divide students into groups (by grade) to come up with ideas for the pep-rally style events (baby themed) Narrow down ideas and make supply list Meet to discuss the final set of events March: Once stations are decided, students are assigned different stations/events to work Meet to go over the games and directions Day of (March 9) run through games with S.C. members Day of students will be responsible for: signing up people from all grade levels to participate in the events, work/supervise the events, set-up and clean up Community Service March: Go to Hands-Up Preschool to help with various activities: cleaning, serving food to children, organizing, painting, playing with children, etc.
Every month during the school year, a different group of students are in charge of recycling.
