Asigura pozitia in piata si raspuns la cererea clientului, administreaza
personalul si organizarea, proprietatea, informatiile de la Importator si relatiile de comunitate, dezvoltarea economica locala si potentialul de diversificare.
Dezvolta si sustine o structura organizationala completa, prin recrutarea si
selectia angajatilor, indruma, directioneaza si motiveaza angajatii prin aplicarea programelor de pregatire si compensare stabilite la nivelul companiei.
Se asigura ca toate operatiunile se conformeaza legislatiei in vigoare.
Furnizeaza in general directive pentru toate activitatile ce necesita atingerea
obiectivelor concesiunii, asumandu-si toate sarcinile ce nu pot fi delegate efectiv
Implementeaza strategia stabilita de grup, in vederea atingerii obiectivelor

Administreaza bugetul anual de operare aprobat, planul asociat de necesar
de personal si planul cerintelor de capital.
Este responsabil pentru realizarea indicatorilor financiari si calitativi stabiliti.
Stabileste mijloacele eficace de functionare a managementului concesiunii si
transmite acestuia informatii specific financiare precum si informatii de verificare.
Administreaza toate afacerile de investitii la nivelul concesiunii; este la curent
cu nivelul general de fonduri, circuitul financiar si alte dezvoltari financiare
