3D VISUALISATION
Whether its a 3D architectural rendering, 3D city models, or any other type of 3D rendering,
with DMT LABTM there are virtually no limits to turning your ideas into reality.
Our 3D rendering projects have spanned various industries: real estate, furniture, medical
automotive and other products. Within 3D architectural rendering, one of our original core
specialties, we have worked on resorts, commercial buildings, master plans, and high-rise
and low-rise residential projects. But our award-winning design has also expanded beyond
architecture. Our 3D modeling has included projects ranging from jewellery shops to
designer furniture and electric vehicles.

EXTERIORS
PERSPECTIVES
The price of a 3D architectural image often is a difficult thing to define without knowing the full scope
of the project. However, it is possible to give a general idea of prices
according to certain criteria: the

complexity of the project, the number of buildings to create, the environment around the building, the
view, the desired level of detail, the resolution of final image, etc ...
EXTERIOR RENDERS
In general, we offer package deals, more cost-effective than charging per image
Fast timeframe: between one and two weeks
Your design doesnt have to be finalised: we can fill in the gaps in the context of visualisation
Visualisations are usually made from AutoCAD files. Scans of paper plans or even preliminary sketches
and images can also be used.
TIMEFRAMES & FEES

We have the potential to speed up the process, but this can lead to increased costs if we have to reject
or delay other projects. Timeframes vary from one to 3 weeks, depending on project size.
Detached / semi-detached residential: starts from 850
Middle sized commercial / residential: starts from 1,750
Collective residential / large commercial: starts from 2,750
Urban plan: starts from 2,850
INTERIOR DESIGN AND RENDERINGS
Over the years we have accumulated a large collection of materials (textiles, wood, metals, tiles, etc...),
and furniture (chairs, lighting, tables, etc...) which allows us to swiftly populate interiors. Sometimes we
are asked to create custom-made furniture.

PROJECT PRESENTATION
When the renders are finalized, the customer often requires a presentation brochure which includes
additional information such as project details, floor plans or 3D colored floor plans (interior or landscape
intergation), and elevations created from 3D models. We deliver presentations that are suitable for
building permits, fundraising, marketing and competitions.

Printing costs are not included.
SIMULATIONS
Show your projects in an exciting and artistic way with videos and 3D animations. We
bring you our know-how so you can present a project that will make you stand out in an
original and innovative manner.

Fees depend on length and resolution of animations. Completed animations are delivered

30 seconds 3D animation: 5 to 10 days. Starts at 1,200
30 seconds 3D animation (including editing, compositing, rotoscoping, animated
texts/logos): 6 to 12 days. Starts at 1,450

INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL VISIT

QTVR technology is a great way to promote and present a project, and it allows the clients
and prospect to observe every possible angles, in order to assess the volumes, ergonomics and
overall feel, and make better choices and decisions.
SERVICES
Rotational QTVR: User controlled animation. Also suitable for exterior views.
TIMEFRAMES & FEES

Fees depend on project complexity. QTVR are usually delivered electronically, but can
also be integrated to your website.
Rotational QTVR: Between 4 to 8 days. Starts at 800

Experience: 20 years
Frank has been traversing the creative industries since the late 80s. His travels have taken him through the worlds
of advertising, online marketing, web development, filmmaking, media production and entrepreneurship. Having
previously co-founded two startups between 2001 and 2005, in 2009 he created the first concepts for EARTH
2.0 which brings together leading-edge international creatives, scientists, technologists and futurists to explore
how new science, new technology and new thinking could positively impact on the future. He is also the
co-founder and Creative Director for DMT LAB.

Mark Raimondeau
Position: Head of Design | Director
Experience: 14 years
A multidisciplinary designer, art director and inventor, Mark leads design at DMT LAB.
Having founded his design studio in 1999, Mark has built a legacy of technical and architectural renderings
and 3D animations for an impressive range of architects, interior designers, TV stations and post-production
companies in the USA, Europe and Middle East. However, his talents dont stop there; Mark has created EV
and hybrid designs for the automotive industry, including cars and charging stations, the first of which went on
display at the Geneva Auto Show 2011. A globe-trotting bilinguist, Mark has lived in several countries including
Italy, Egypt, Hungary, France, Florida-USA and UK.
