MARINA COAST WATER DISTRICT MOTION FOR
TRANSCRIPT CORRECTIONS
On May 5, 2016, Marina Coast Water District moved for a ruling
authorizing corrections to the Reporters Transcripts of April 11, 2016 and
April 14, 2016. No responses were filed. (Rule 11.1(e) of the Commissions Rules
of Practice and Procedure.) The requested changes are reasonable, and the
motion should be granted.
IT IS RULED that the May 5, 2016 Motion of the Marina Coast Water
District for corrections to the Reporters Transcripts is granted. The Reporters
Transcripts are corrected as follows:

April 11, 2016 Prehearing Conference transcript (PHC-5) on page 346

at line 6: the word notorious is changed to meritorious.

2.

April 14, 2016 Evidentiary Hearing transcript (Volume 17) on

page 2814 at line 16: the word ag is changed to Ord.
