My studio's mission- To empower and enhance the unique
natural ability of every singer in a positive, uplifting, and
fun environment.
What I Do
Vocal Technique- The bread and butter; the foundation of
any and all great singers of the stage and shower. I will help you sing in a relaxed, healthy, fun, and supported musical manner.
Singing for Dancers- We will find your voice to make you
feel confident and prepared to nail that singing audition.
Singing for Anxious Singers- We will build confidence in
your technique and material so that you can walk into the room and nail it. Every. Single. Time.
Coaching/Acting the Song- We will explore the composer's
musical clues that can influence smart, specific, and actable choices. With a musical eye, I will help you delve into the character and find the nuances to make your work shine.
Audition Prep- I will help you walk into the room
confidently knowing your audition material supports the
star you are.
Skype lessons- If we can't collaborate in person, we can
Skype together!
A few times a year:
Studio Class- Share your accomplishments by singing a song in a group setting. In this safe place, we congratulate fellow singers on hard work, then drink and eat. I provide the room, pianist, and snacks. You must have taken a lesson in the past 4 weeks prior to the studio date in order to participate.

WHY DO YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING??
How to Prepare for a Lesson
-Have an idea of what you would like to work on. What kind of singer would you like to be like? What kind of material would you like to sing? What challenges are you having? Breathiness? Soreness? Small Range? -Bring water, a pencil, and recorder. -Have your accompaniment recorded along with 2 copies of sheet music. (1 for me and 1 for you)
