deploying a new Oracle lease management system.
Increased functionality while improving space utilization and CPU, and reducing the number of processes and overhead four-fold
to meet FDIC requirements by evaluating and streamlining existing leasing system into Oracle Financials.
Drove Oracle database development to capture all leasing information that resided in flat file systems to pass into new system,
including testing, enhancements, verifications, and notices of new or expiring leases.
Built batch interface to extract data from Oracle Database to Oracle Financials multiple times per day resulting in same day
decision making with all the required information available at one time versus previous day and incomplete.

Led a $100 million migration project to convert Oracle warehouse platform to Teradata, including data loading, testing,
benchmarking, and system implementation.
o Reduced query speed from 20+ hours to less than 30 minutes.
o Established and tested a first ever Teradata platform on an enterprise scale that is now currently a complete warehouse
solution offered by Dell.
Saved company $25 million by performing forensic analysis that uncovered origin of fraudulent transactions within Dells Ordering
Management System and by instituting controls and early detection systems.
Improved efficiencies by creating automated tools for realization of service plan revenues across multiple years to replace prior
manual revenue recognition tasks.

Developed fully automated forecasting tool (SQL Server to Excel via OPAL Cubes) for procurement team to manage, purchase,
hold, or release fragile one hour worth of inventory in Austin manufacturing locations.
Instituted reporting standards using SQL OLAP Cubes for drag and drop ease of use to end users with complete data needs for
finance, sales, compensation, manufacturing, and other functional areas within Dell.
Played instrumental role in the success of a joint venture with EMC which produced over $50 million in sales year one from a new
product line introduced. Coded new products within order entry and data warehouse to track, compensate, drive new LOB,
evaluate profitability, and forecast for new product offering.
