deploying a new Oracle lease management system.

Increased functionality while improving space utilization and CPU, and reducing the number of processes and overhead four-fold
to meet FDIC requirements by evaluating and streamlining existing leasing system into Oracle Financials.
Drove Oracle database development to capture all leasing information that resided in flat file systems to pass into new system,
including testing, enhancements, verifications, and notices of new or expiring leases.
Built batch interface to extract data from Oracle Database to Oracle Financials multiple times per day resulting in same day
decision making with all the required information available at one time versus previous day and incomplete.

Grew top-line sales 10+% in first year and maintained a 3+% higher average for the market for more than five years while
reducing COGS 3% and holding this below the market standard for the same time period.
Purchased, operated, and transformed company from flat revenue to growth of $6 million during turbulent economic environment.
o Addressed key challenges when purchasing and taking over the business, ranging from flat top-line growth and uncontrolled
cash management to nonexistent customer satisfaction and significant employee turnover;
o Performed market entry SWOT and ongoing operational analyses, including product mix, expenses, and sales variances;

o Oversaw design and build of a $275,000+ construction project and complete renovation of a 35-year old store which resulted
in increased sales of 4-6% annually, better efficiencies in utilities, production flow, and faster times for better cost metrics.
o Purchased an old KFC and converted into a new Wendy's at less that half the cost of new facility and set new sales records
for the five year period in the market.
Reduced food cost and waste 2% the first year and each subsequent year thereafter by implementing inventory tracking and build
to systems that were very simple to use by store managers, real time, and editable by the managers.
Negotiated the purchase of existing closed restaurant, to convert into modern style Wendys at a cost of $800,000 less than
current cost of building new. Included in this was the financing of SBA loan, complete team buildout and open sales records for
the year opened.
Reduced total labor cost by more than 2% compared to others in the same market in the state of Florida. Established a labor
guide that matched needed labor hours to peak sales periods in order to maximize sales, labor efficiency and customer
satisfaction.

Hired to establish business intelligence disciplines and convert one of the worlds largest databases into useful, timely, actionable
information for senior and executive leadership of a $22 billion business unit with 30,000+ employees. Led business management,
reporting, database, and systems requirements gathering, data identification, building, and testing. Managed $3.6 million budget, 32
direct reports, and 32 indirect reports. Reported directly to CFO of Americas Business Unit.

Provided mission critical data and financials to support strategic decision making of seven divisions (Small, Large and Global
Businesses, Education and Healthcare, Government, and Consumers).
Collaborated cross-functionally to design and implement a daily, fully burdened, automated P&L used by all top executives to run
the business.
Led a $100 million migration project to convert Oracle warehouse platform to Teradata, including data loading, testing,
benchmarking, and system implementation.
o Reduced query speed from 20+ hours to less than 30 minutes.
o Established and tested a first ever Teradata platform on an enterprise scale that is now currently a complete warehouse
solution offered by Dell.
Saved company $25 million by performing forensic analysis that uncovered origin of fraudulent transactions within Dells Ordering
Management System and by instituting controls and early detection systems.
Improved efficiencies by creating automated tools for realization of service plan revenues across multiple years to replace prior
manual revenue recognition tasks.
o Produced real time revenue numbers versus week old which allowed sales teams to meet their true sales goals versus an
estimate.
Built a fully burdened fully automated P&L accurate down to .0001% allowing leadership team to operate the company on a real
time daily basis versus prior week or longer historical periods, and more accurate forecasting in sales, units and margin for Wall
Street reporting purposes.
Increased managerial awareness of the need for pricing controls and contributed to boosting profitability though massive cost
savings of $25 million in year one, by establishing integrity and uniformity in pricing among each of companys seven divisions.
Developed fully automated forecasting tool (SQL Server to Excel via OPAL Cubes) for procurement team to manage, purchase,
hold, or release fragile one hour worth of inventory in Austin manufacturing locations.
Instituted reporting standards using SQL OLAP Cubes for drag and drop ease of use to end users with complete data needs for
finance, sales, compensation, manufacturing, and other functional areas within Dell.
Played instrumental role in the success of a joint venture with EMC which produced over $50 million in sales year one from a new
product line introduced. Coded new products within order entry and data warehouse to track, compensate, drive new LOB,
evaluate profitability, and forecast for new product offering.
