Tithi aj sekhlo: "Murgh Makhani O Methi Roti"

Murgh Makhani
Ingredients
Chicken-1kg
Cashew-100gram
Poppy seeds-40gram
Melon seeds-40gram
Ginger paste-2tblspn
Garlic paste-2tblspn
Peyaj bata-8 tbl chamoch
Sugar to taste
Butter-400gram
Salt to taste
Whole garam masala-2tblspn
Bay leaves-4
Green chili-8
Method
Grind cashew, poppy seeds and melon seeds together and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves and whole garam masala. Then add onion, ginger and
garlic paste. After frying for a while add cashew-melon seeds paste. Add green chili. When
oil releases from the masala add the chicken. Then add salt and sugar. When the chicken
gets complete cooked take it off the gas and put butter and serve hot.
Methi Roti
Ingredients
Wheat flour-400gram
Gram flour-4 table spoon
Chopped Methi leaves-1cup
Beaten curd-4 table spn
Ghee-2tspn
Butter-2tblspn
Salt to taste
Method
Mix wheat flour, gram flour, curd,ghee,methi leaves together. Put water and make a dough.
Keep aside for 20minutes. Makes balls and roll the roti with rolling pin and then cook in it the
tawa. Spread butter and serve hot.
